There are lots of home mortgage companies out there, but not all are created equal. I had the pleasure to work with Dave on my VA refinance and was blown away by his level of professionalism, knowledge and follow through.
My original home appraisal came in $40,000 less than we were expecting. Both Dave and I knew the appraisal was too low and Dave immediately took action. He uncovered several comps that had been overlooked during the process and provided these to the VA and asked for an appraisal reconsideration. Within weeks of his request, we received an adjusted appraisal that was $50,000 higher

It was a pleasure dealing with Dave to refinance our home. He was very responsive with all of the questions we had, even worked late evenings and weekends to get everything we needed done. Dave, at Red Rocks Home Loans, gave me the quickest (2 weeks from start to closing) lowest cost IRRL that I have ever done (10). And this was the 1st IRRL where I manage the Escrow fund, not the mortgage company. All other lenders said VA won't allow the bower manage the escrow. VA says they have no such requirement.

We first called Red Rock Loans a mere 16 days ago, when we were still shopping to determine to who we wanted to trust with this very important financial decision. This was when we first spoke to Kari Phoenix to find out what your company could do for us and she immediately got to work for us. Kari got all of our details and then started to talk about what we could do to improve our original loan and explained the steps and process for doing a VA refinance under IRRRL.
