Everyone at Bryan Jewelry is INCREDIBLY amazing to their customers! We had a custom ring made and they were unbelievably patient with the design process and it turned out perfect! I went to Bryan Jewelry a couple of years ago to fix and upgrade my wife's wedding ring for our anniversary. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They helped me design a unique and personalized ring for my wife and then crafted it just as we discussed. The execution was flawless and my wife loves it. Always helpful, friendly service and they offer great repairs/modifications to existing jewelry. Just had a sorority pin that belonged to my mother in law turned into a necklace pendent for my daughter. Very reasonable prices. They did a beautiful job and were very helpful with suggestions on how to do it. Preserved the engraving on the back. Beautiful work.

In store selection is below standard. I attempted to order a ring out of a catalog for my birthday. I was told it'd be in within a week. A month later I called to check on the status, and no one knew anything about it. The next day they call and say my ring would be in late December. Don't waste your time here, I see why they're never busy.
