I have been a customer of Alan Rocca since my hubby designed my first set of engagement and wedding bands. I also designed with Alan and Beth my husbands wedding bands. I have gone nowhere else for jewel and Alan Rocca has come through for us every time. From my daughters baby ring, cross, etc. There is nobody better then this group of wonderful, brilliant, trustworthy and helpful people.

Just the best. My husband got my engagement ring from here and I've since gotten 2 bands and a ring resizing from here. Such helpful staff and a lovely storefront!

I brought in my mothers 100 year old locket in Mid-November to be duplicated as a gift. A gift I needed for December 17th. I was assured this would be possible. I spoke to Nicole, and explained in great detail how important this was to me and exactly what I wanted. She took photos of the locket and kept the locket for the jeweler to make the mold, etc. A month later I was told it was ready, I was shocked to see the locket. They had added detail that was not on the original and the entire locket, front and back was scratched. Nicole said "nobody likes to be the guinea pig" and went

Alan Rocca was amazing to work with! He was very nice and seemed like he really cared and enjoyed what he was doing. I went to him to get my late grandmothers tennis bracelet sized and cleaned, and he was amazing to say the least. Awesome experience from start to finish. Greta was great at helping me to channel my ideas and create exactly what I wanted. Great communication from start to finish! The quality is worth the wait. Warranties are warranties, plain and simple!. Car dealerships require maintenance inspections to warrant your car so it's not unheard of to have maintenance checks of your ring to keep the warranty valid. Quality deserves care!

Alicia is a fabulous designer. My husband told me I could update my wedding rings for our 25th anniversary. I had no idea what I wanted. Alicia quickly and painlessly helped me figure that out. My new rings turned out beautifully. They were perfect! Then she took the diamonds in my original wedding ring and designed a beautiful necklace. I've also purchased another necklace which she designed, some stack rings and diamond earrings and was happy with all of them. Their business practices are completely unethical. Dont use them for any of your jewerly needs. They take your money and after you cancel the order they keep your down payment and charge you for a restocking fee. Which was never discussed and or agreeed upon, initially. Furthermore any warranty that they offer you originally, is subject to change at the company's discretion. Which I discovered when I went to pickup a poorly made piece, from this jeweler. PLEASE HEED MY ADVICE AND SHOP ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

This is the ONLY jeweler my parents have gone to for years and it is the only jeweler I will ever go to. Beth is the best and Alan is a great guy. They will bend over backwards for you and do whatever it takes to make you happy with your jewelry. I helped my brother in law build a custom ring for my sister on a budget and she could not be happier with the ring.

My boyfriend bought me a ring ($18,000) from Alan Rocca in August 2014 using my credit card. (I agreed to this). I kept asking for platinum, they insisted on white gold. Fine. A few months later, I changed the center diamond from Asscher to Emerald cut--another $6,000.

My fiance and I ended the engagement in November. I went back to Alan Rocca to beg for a refund, explaining everything that happened. They wouldn't even consider it. I know the landlord who owns Rocca's bulding. He asked Rocca for a refund. Rocca refused. Rocca told my ex, "No one wants Emerald cut diamonds

I worked with Alicia to create a custom wedding band to match my engagement ring. When I went in, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but Alicia had wonderful suggestions for something that would really complement my engagement ring. When the ideal design didn't fit into my budget, Alicia explained ways we could tweak it (without losing any of the overall look) so that I could afford the ring. When I first arrived I was treated great. Receptionist offered me a drink. I went with water cause I knew I had a lot of questions about buying the engagement ring for my fiancée. Which brings me to Beth, my saleswoman who helped me out with every question I had along with pointing things out I had no idea about.

Well I feel the need to update my first review. My engagement ring left me speechless - and I rarely shut my mouth. This ring was seriously more beautiful than I could even imagine. My bf, excuse me, my fiancee, relayed that when he picked up the ring and paid for it, the owner came out to congratulate him and thank him for his business. he also said the sales person was a bit more friendly.
