Can not express how easy it was to deal with Vince at Arezzo! I had stopped around at all the major name jewelry stores and it was always too much of a sales pitch. Someone I know had recommended Arezzo and I immediately felt at ease when I was greeted there. Vince made me feel like we were old friends, very personable and just a genuinely nice person. I will always use Arezzo whenever I need jewelry now.

I started frequenting this store about 4 years back after a negative experience at another Pandora store and I will never stop shopping here! The customer service is so good that you don't even feel like a customer, you feel more like family. Everyone has been super helpful from my first visit, especially Bridget! Definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

Walked in on a Friday afternoon, no one was in there shopping. I was greeted by a lady who was very kind. I came in because my italian horn on my necklace detached. All I needed was a small loop to connect it again. So she went in the back to speak with the owner to quote me. She comes back and said it would be $50 plus I have to leave it for 3 days because their so busy. WOW! I said NO THANK YOU. $50??? Really?! I went back we're I normally go before I moved to the north side and they charged me $20 and I got my necklace back in a hour. Plus I called another high rated jeweler in not too

I am so happy my fiancé went to Arezzo for my engagement ring! Vince has been incredibly responsive and created a gorgeous product!
When I've gone into other jewelers they ask if my ring is Tiffany & Co. and everyone thinks the diamond is bigger than it is because it was cut to perfection and the setting shows it off expertly!
The customer service is fantastic and the pricing is unbeatable!

Vince and his mom made this life changing experience for me much better than I expected. Shopping around for an engagement ring was really difficult for me, especially, with all the jewelers around and everyone trying to sell you like its their life depending on it. Here at Arezzo, I did not feel like I was being sold at all. They de-stressed me first which was the most important thing by calming me that finding the right ring and in my almost impossible time frame, was possible. They then laid out all the options for me and then found even more after a few days by doing extra work on their own

This is absolutely the best jewelry store I've ever visited. It helps that it's family owned and the son, Vincent, is such a great guy. He is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable and customer-focused.
My husband and I found our perfect non-traditional engagement ring here. Vincent was thrilled to see two 'second-marriagers' so excited that he said he'd design my wedding band to complement the engagement ring and my husband's band.
He created a beautiful band...but I was a little rough on it as the tanzanite stones keep shattering. So...at no cost to us...Vincent decided

My husband purchased two Pandora charms for me from the actual Pandora website for Christmas at the end of Nov. After a lot of hmm'ing and haw'ing by the company, a wk before Christmas, they essentially told him my charms were sold out
He found this jewelry store on an online search.
He came home and said to me (and I quote): "They have my business from now on" and swore off the actual Pandora website!

It's an old muggy jewelry shop, and their main attraction is Pandora Jewelry. I was served by two people, and the lady was very anxious to sell me more items than I had intended. I had to explain to her that I didn't want additional items. Their refund / exchange policy is not that great, so you are better off going to an actual Pandora store than buying from here.

This was my second time her. I needed 5 Pandora braceletes plus some charms and thought I would give this place a try again (first experience was a tragic one as well) instead of driving all the way to Oak Brook. Big mistake. Id honestly rather drive 3 hours elsewhere than go here again.

I first had the pleasure of meeting Arezzo Jeweler's owner Vincent and his family through work and found them both warm and welcoming. When my wife and I got married his establishment was the first place I thought of. They made our wedding bands and resized my mother's engagement ring and they did a fantastic job.
