I had my 2017 Infiniti Q60 wrapped. I have been to this place previously for a roof wrap too. Both times I had great service, quality results, honest opinions, realistic offers, respect, and many more things I can include on the list. The team at Pristine Wraps Co valued my time and provided an extensive overview to allow the job to be done. Many places in the Charlotte, NC do not compare to here; this place is a true vehicle wrapping company and knows how to run the show to knock the competition. They take great pride in their work day in and day out.

Second time going here I should have learned my lesson the first time. My tint is horrific. Dust, hair and bubbles all in the tint. Asked Chad the owner and he said "give it more time in the sun" 2 weeks later and still horrible. Chad then said he would send the mobile crew to fix it then he said I would have to come back to the shop. I am done wasting my time there. He said he would give me a refund but I have to pay someone to take their shoddy tint off. AVOID this place.

The guys put my company’s name and number on our vehicle and did a fantastic job. Hands down best service in Charlotte. I would recommend them to anyone looking for advertising or wraps on their vehicles. They treat you like family and charge you like family. The pricing was very fair and our service was done when they said it would be. We cannot express our gratitude enough towards their professionalism.

Really stoked with these guys. I found them on Yelp and they responded with a quote within a couple hours. I took my 89 YJ Wrangler into their shop (shop is so clean and beautiful) and these guys are awesome. They tinted my hard top perfect just like I wanted it. Took about an hour and I waited in the waiting room that's awesome. Clean and a TV there plus Wi-Fi. In the showroom they had amazing cars they were working on... AMG Merc, Maserati and other new Jeep's. These guys were courteous, all wearing masks, super friendly. They emailed me an invoice and it was super convenient to pay

Front Windshield Window Tint had bubbles from the start! Had scratches all over the film from the installer. Knew I had to get it redone from the start.

I did not rescheduled the appointment three different times. I cancel an appointment only one time that was a completely different appointment that was separated from the window tinting. The business NEVER called me ever to reschedule.

The owner was quick and responsive to all my questions prior to bringing in my car. I got tint and all the chrome wrapped on my car and the quality was great and the turn around time was quick.
Prices were fair and the payment system was quick and easy.
I will definitely be coming back for a full wrap and some powder coating.
