The quality of work looks great, quick response and speedy service! The reason for my 3 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that I requested a 35 percent tint online through my reservation, when the vehicle was dropped off we requested it to go all the way down to legal but after picking up it still looks lighter. The invoice says we received a 40 percent tint. I did call to confirm and a 40 percent was put on the vehicle. The secretary on the phone stated that they put a 40 on because the vehicle automatically has a 5%? I was not aware of this at drop off and it was not voiced to me. If this
