Michelle, I love the new film on my windows. I was telling David since we took one door down into the sunroom, I was afraid to get my power bill for the past month. I could tell a big difference in the temperature of the rooms on the front of the house after all those windows were covered. When the bill came, I was so happy.

Michelle was very friendly and professional when she came to give us a quote. She let me try several sample films and helped me decide which would be a better fit for our needs.
Once we called to schedule installation, Michelle gave us a date within a week. The installer was prompt, friendly, and very meticulous.
We are very happy with the end result. We have floor to ceiling windows, and the summer sun is no longer blinding bright or blazing hot (nor do we feel like we have to wave at the neighbors every time they drive by). We use the room much more now. We recommend Carolina Premier Window

Michelle, the owner of Carolina Premier Window Films, lacks the ability to effectively recommend the appropriate window films for the residential market. Our home had multiple requirements for different locations, which we made clear in the beginning. Though her recommendation for one area was satisfactory, she failed to adjust her recommendation for the other area that required different film. After recommending and installing a heat and light reducing film in the second area that did not meet our stated needs, she refused to correct the situation and instead wanted to charge us for the film that

Our home gets allot of sun during the day and our neighbors can see in our side windows. Since having our films installed the temperature on the main level of our home has improved greatly!! The air isn’t running non stop and our neighbors can’t see in my kitchen. The cool thing is I can see out and we still get a decent amount of light.

We had Carolina Premier come to our house and remove some old film from 2 high arch windows in our den. They replaced the film with new film that still allows light in but without the heat and glare. This is the second job we have had them do and they are very professional and reasonably priced.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Carolina Premier Windows! Everyone that I encountered whether it was on the phone or in person was extremely professional and super sweet! They were on time for ever appointment we had, and did a great job tinting our windows in our Master bedroom. I highly recommend them, and will use them again if I need any other windows tinted

VERY happy we selected Carolina Premier Window Films! Michelle helped us select the ideal film for our needs and we paid a reasonable price. Plus no extra trip charges as John was able to cut the film on our premises during the installation visit. The film is a quality film and does what it is advertised to do. We are very happy with its performance since it was installed over a week ago. The 'hot spot' that the window was creating is GONE. The stairs (where the window used to radiate on) is now cool and the air conditioner isn't running as much. And we really like the tint of the

Carolina Premier Window Films installed a beautiful glass film on my front door. Before I had them do the installation you could see through my front door straight to the back of my house. I didn't feel safe! They were great to work with. I get so many compliments on the pattern chosen. People think the door came that way. All I can say is don't be afraid to use the patterns they have, which is a lot!

We had our home windows tinted in 2013. Michelle made great recommendations for what our home needed based on safety, energy efficiency and glare reduction. We had great customer service at that time and the tinting has performed well. We recently had to replace a window due to storm damage. Carolina Premier Window Films was there for us again, with great customer service! They worked to find us a replacement film, and even traveled to our window vendor to install the film. Fantastic experience with this company. They came out in person to see our job and were very thorough. We were on a tight deadline to get the job done, and the day of the job one of their employees called in sick. They made sure to still come out and get the job done, and it looks great. I appreciate the good service and that they keep their word. I would highly recommend them!

Contacted three different tinting companies to have my office windows tinted. Carolina Premier was the only company to contact us back. Carolina Premier was timely, professional, and affordable.
