I've been getting my braces done here for the past 2 years and they've been consistent in their work. Everyone is professional and diligent. I'm comfortable coming here. Peppermint dental is amazing. It’s the first time that I don’t experience pain when I get my teeth cleaned. They are efficient and professional. Since being a patient of peppermint dental my son and my daughter are both patients now as well. I highly recommend them because all of us have had great experiences

This was my son's first visit to this dental office and I was extremely impressed! Everyone on the staff were SO NICE!!! My son saw Dr. Bertulfo for a dental checkup and came in the following day to see Dr. Ortiz for an ortho checkup. They were awesome! We liked this dental office so much that I decided to schedule an appointment and be a patient here as well. Even though there are dental offices all over McKinney, it is still hard to find a good dental office that has a great staff and treats patients with kindness. My first impression of this dental practice is FIVE STARS!

This place came as such a pleasant surprise . From setting up and online appointment the people at the front desk and everyone in the staff was so friendly and nice.
I usually am reluctant to go to the dentist but the staff were so assuring it helped calm the nerves .
I very rarely write reviews but this place definitely deserves 5 stars

What a great place!
I took my 2 kids 6&4.
They were so nice and sweet. Making sure my kids feel comfortable and not scared. I don’t have a great impression when it comes to dentistry but this place changed my mind. And so easy to take an appointment is a big plus!
they got rid of the “treasure box” but they handed out great electronic toothbrushes!!

I came in pregnant with a needed root canal. The front office, assistant and dentist Dr Bhalla we’re all very kind and assured me throughout the process that I was being as safe as possible. I was in on a Thursday and the root canal and crown prep were done and completed by Friday evening. They got me out of pain ASAP and focused on my urgent needs. It’s been almost two weeks since everything and I would say my experience so far has been wonderful. I will be back again for my routine visits and other treatments. Almost all staff but one was wearing a mask, so I was very happy with that as well

The staff at Peppermint dental go above and beyond normal dental services with kindness and care. They showed compassion and the best darn bedside manner I could ask for from anyone- all from a total stranger. I was given a pillow, blanket, my choice of Netflix show, and lip moisturizer just to make sure I was as comfortable as possible going into my dental procedure.
The dentist was knowledgeable, gentle, and fast. She got in and out of my mouth without bumping around my other teeth or gums which is very appreciated! Both the tech and dentist checked in on me throughout the tasks they were completing

The office staff is always so nice and helpful! The dental staff is the same. Always answering questions that I have and offering helpful advise. My older kids always have a pleasant experience. And the staff was very gentle and patient with my little ones. We have been coming here for years and will continue to do so!

I had an awesome experience at Peppermint Dental & Orthodontics. The staff was friendly, efficient, professional, & provided a clean safe environment. They're family oriented which is important to me a parent. They also provide a comfortable setting for their patients during your procedure. Dr B. bedside manner was very pleasant , she took her time to ensure my dental work was completed correctly... "considering I was a unexpected complicated case" Impeccable job Awesome skill set!!
