Services
Dr. Lessner is a proud native Texan, and has called North Texas home for most of her life. She graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, and obtained a Masters of Public Health at Emory University in Atlanta. Her medical school education was at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and she completed her pediatric training at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.

Useless and pathetic service. I went for Covid test after booking an appointment at 4.15. They called me and asked to come early at 3.30. Reached on time and waited in the car as asked. Waited for 30 min no one comes and no one picks up the call. Went inside shared all my details with the front desk. Again asked to wait in the car. No response again for 20 min. Went inside again and the front desk person says, sorry we had lots of walk ins today so your appointed time is getting pushed back. Then why give me a time? And then she says you have to see the doctor, we cannot do Covid test without the

I saw Nurse practitioner Miss Norgbey and she was fantastic. I would give her 5 stars. She was professional, polite, listens and knows how to have small conversation but the scheduling department gets 1 star.
I received a call the day prior to confirm my appointment.
Lulu (don’t remember her actual name) is who I spoke to in billing and told me my appointment was at 10:20 and asked if I had active insurance.
I told her no my appointment was for 9:20.
She said well we tell new patients 10:20 for paperwork. I said an hour to fill out paperwork.
I told her no the girl never said anything about

The doctor I see was very patient, friendly, and understanding. You can tell she really cares about you and your not just a number. She took her time to understand everything going on with me and took it all in to consideration. I really felt she was worried about me, just as much as I was..
Staff was polite and listened, even suggesting programs that I qualified for before I even asked.
May have to wait to get in, they are very busy, but if you can, it is worth it.

I took my mom in on Wednesday for her appointment and the staff in the lab is very sweet and comforting. My mom doesn’t like needles much but the petite Hispanic( I can’t remember her name but had really good hair and hair clip )in the lab made it quick and my mom said she barely felt the pinch because of her keeping conversation and comforting and distracting her from what was going on. Very attentive and understanding

Place is a Rip off I really didn’t have the money to waste but I was eager to get my wisdom tooth pulled and the told me they would do it but I had to pay for the exam and once the exam was over they would schedule me to come back to get it pulled, then they charge me for the exam and then turn around and tell they won’t be able to pull it smh, didn’t prescribe pain meds or anything but still took my money for the X-ray smh. Then gave me a couple referrals and their price to extract one wisdom tooth was even higher not to mention I’m a single mother of 4 and my income is a bit on the low

I wish I could give them zero stars. I made an appointment at this office a month prior to my appointment. A month prior!!!! (With my job and my newish position, it’s hard to get days off as I’m needed in the office). So, Made the appointment in advance- discussed procedure as well as my insurance coverage with the person taking my appointment. A day prior to my appointment they called confirm my appointment for the following day at 2 PM.
