I am a first time home owner and Stefanie was great throughout the entire process. I felt as though I was well informed and anything that I didn't know or understand Stefanie was always there to bridge the gaps. If I had to do this process all over again I would, only if Stefanie is my realtor. Stefanie is very personable and easy to talk to, I felt that we were actually in this together. I would give her 100 stars if I could.

My husband's job relocated my family to Georgia from North Carolina last summer so we got right on the process of finding a realtor that would be suitable for our needs. We knew we wanted to be in Gwinnett county. Stefanie was very personable and friendly. She listened to our requests and concerns. She even suggested great surrounding areas that we thought were to far ended up being just what we wanted and still within the county we wanted to be in. Her suggestion ended up being our choice. On May 8, 2020 I was looking at houses in this particular subdivision and my prayer was God, send my realtor to me. I arrived at a house that had a sign in the yard and a young lady in the yard, when I asked her about the house she told me that it had just gone under contract. She introduced herself as Stefanie, a Realtor, gave me her card and invited me in to see the house. My husband and i had a relocation that was very fast and she helped us narrow down searches while living in two different states, and when we came to view houses she had everything lined up for us. She made everything easy, and talked us through everything. Her main concern was making sure we got what we wanted, at a price we could afford. We were able to close in 14days, which is pretty unheard of.
Best realtor ive ever had!! She is very down to earth, and makes the viewings an experience to remember.
I would recommend her to anyone, and everyone. Hands down!

I never write reviews, but seriously, Stefanie was amazing! She was very respectful of our budget, and even though we were moving in from a different state, she was always there to answer any of our questions (as first time home buyers, we had PLENTY). We could really tell that she was working for us to find the perfect home, instead of just trying to get a sale. We will def. use her again!
