The foreclosure process begins once the lender files a public notice of default (NOD), or in some states, a lis pendens (LIS).

Jorge Morejon is an EXCELLENT broker/agent. He helped me buy a house from out of state with excellent success. I would highly recommend him to anyone living in or relocating to the Atlanta Area. Great guy and very knowledgable on the real estate market. Jorge took the time to genuinely understand my goals and advise me toward a great outcome, even if it was against his own financial interests (advising on a cheaper house, etc.). He truly puts his clients first which is hard to find. I highly recommend him. 5 stars.

Worst experience I've had dealing with a company for buying or renting a house
Not only did they take forever to respond to my agent to the point she had to bug them 3 or 4 times for a response 2 or 3 days after the promised time for one but they came back with horribly incorrect information when performing a background check (most of it was for people who only shared a name in common but not for those applying) and also used a service that on its front page tells you not to use it for rental applications.

This is my second review and Jorge Morejon continues to be an excellent broker. We have sold or purchased numerous homes with Jorge. Make no mistake, he is the best. We sold three homes with Jorge since moving from the Atlanta area to Florida in April 2018. Two of of which were part of a 1031 Like Kind Exchange. All three sales were smooth transactions. I just couldn't recommend anyone but Jorge!
