These guys were great from helping me find the best place to stay for my needs, while there they had every detail covered for check in process with codes, keys..., the condo had been cleaned well and when I contacted them regarding a light needing fixed they were there immediately. I'd highly recommend them as a management company and to rent with confidence from. Very honest and have the customers satisfaction in mind.

We stayed at the perfect place for a family of 6 on New Smyrna with pools and ocean access—great for keeping kids busy! Great Oceans was helpful when our keypad couldn’t get us in and had the problem solved in under 10 minutes. What could have been a nightmare was resolved quickly, and professionally. Thank you so much—we will be back.

The staff and process for rental was very good, they stayed in touch with what we needed to know to check in and check out. I would consieder using them again.
I wish Great Oceans had a quality rating for each property they offered. It is hard to figure the true quaility from photos, though quality may be reflected in the price, determing this is difficult without knowing the details of each building and the area.
The rental property was a little lacking. Surface cleaning was decent but the corners, handles and counter edges were in need of attention. This applied to the floors, baths & kitchen

This house was amazing! Very well stocked and equipped, a very pleasant surprise, as travel for work and have stayed in many rentals. After some confusion regarding some work being done on the home, Great Ocean was very responsive and cooperative about finding a solution to the issue. This location was very clean and very private, enjoyed it, hope to stay again in the future!!

My go-to rental provider in New Smyrna Beach!!!!! I used to use VRBO and AirBnB before finding Great Ocean Condos. I use them directly to book vacations on the East Coast of Central Florida. Super responsive, super flexible and lots of dog friendly options!!

This was a lovely, well kept property right on the beach in a perfect location for New Smyrna Beach. This is our third year returning to the area, and in regard to proximity to restaurants/gas stations/stores, this is our favorite location. While I typically prefer to be on a no driving beach, going in an off peak time was perfect and there were never too many people driving on or even set up on the beach during our stay. The access to the beach and pool is super simple from the elevators. I do wish there was a laundry room in the condo itself, but there is a laundry area located on each floor

We had a wonderful vacation staying at The Pelican Condominiums in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. The condo was clean and plenty of room for our crew. The pools and Beach was awesome. We used the grills by the pool grill dinner. Loved the view every day. I would highly recommend The Pelican and Great Ocean Condos and home rental.
