State tax of 12.5% plus a one time cleaning fee of $50 are not included in the above rates. To confirm your reservation a $200 refundable deposit is required, $500 for special events. Other rates are available for extended weekend and monthly stays, or a lease of 6 months or more. The Pelican is a hidden oasis on the beach in Ormond.
