Q: What time is check in? A: Check in starts at 4:30 pm. Q: What time is check out? A: Check out is 10:00 am. Q: What if I am arriving late? A: The unexpected can occur, so we understand if something comes up and you need to arrive later in the day. We do politely ask that you call us and let us know if you will be arriving late.

The place was more than expected family enjoyed the stayed to the fullest. Location is more than perfect "SPECTACULAR" great view from the 23rd floor :-). The unit has everything that is needed, very clean and updated the resort is very close to almost everything. We loved our stayed and wishing weather was warmer, but we loved it and We will definitely will come back for the summer. Scott is a super host communication with him was quick and easy.

The condo we staying in was suppose to be updated. It was not and very dirty. Chipped tile. Our socks were black from walking on the floor. Stained bed comforter. Also the hot water was intermittent. We were in unit 1207. We left the rental early. Called and complained got a $50 gift card, big deal! Didn't even cover the day we left. Also my son was allergic to something in there, his allergies were way up, and fine after we left!

From start to finish we had a fantastic experience. The condo was beautiful, clean, very well stocked with everything that we needed. But what stood out to us most of all was the great customer service we received any questions we had were answered immediately I can't say enough good things about our stay there NYE weekend and we will definitely be back very soon.

Beautiful condo! This was my third stay at Wyndham and by far the nicest place so far. Clean, well stocked and comfortable beds! Perfect ocean front view and spacious. Scott is very professional and responsive. I will use sunlit vacation rentals anytime I return to Daytona!

This is a very nice place in general. They have a lot to do inside and outside. Although while I was there the whole gym was closed and one of the indoor pools. I was disappointed that the gym was closed because that is one thing I'm looking for when I'm staying somewhere for a week. This is also a very busy place to stay. It is great for kids as well. I would go there again but I would call in advance to check what is closed and what isn't next time.

Rented a condo from Scott over the MLK holiday weekend, it was top notch. It surpassed our expectations on all counts. I cannot say enough about this place: clean, tidy, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful views, amazing amenities and basic necessities were provided for our convenience. Checking in and out was a breeze. My party of 7 couldn't be more pleased, we didn't want to leave. Scott addressed all my concerns and questions before we arrived. Everything went smoothly. Thanks for the memories. We will definitely be back.

My family stayed in one of Scott's condos at the Ocean Walk in Daytona Beach. The updated room was exactly as it is pictured and extremely clean. We had an amazing view of the ocean. We love the pool and lazy river. It is right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance and a Café in the lobby. Scott responded immediately to my questions, making check in/out very easy. I have been to the Ocean Walk many times. Scott's condo was the best that we have stayed in and I will definitely rent from him again!

This property was amazing! My family and I had everything we needed thanks to Sunlit Vacation Rentals. Our condo was fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, soaps, detergents and made for a stress free vacation. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The Beach Bliss condo we stayed in had an amazing king size bed with not only a pullout couch but a pull out chair. My family did not want to leave. We will be staying again in the near future.
