Services
With access to your health history and an understanding of your individual needs, your doctor can give you advice over the phone to guide your next steps. A visit to an urgent care facility or, if it is a life-threatening emergency, a visit to the emergency department. Urgent care facilities are a more convenient and cost-effective alternative to the emergency department.
Authorization for Release of Medical Information (PDF) - Allows patients to authorize the disclosure of their health information to a designated individual, company, agency, or facility. Authorization and Consent for Treatment (PDF) - All patients must provide their consent for treatment, communications (calls, emails, and text messaging), and agreement of financial responsibility.
Note: You should always check with your Privia Medical Group provider to verify plan and product coverage as this is not an exhaustive list, and plans change frequently. We encourage patients to keep a credit card on file to make the checkout process easier, faster, and more efficient.

You will no longer receive statements from us, but you will continue to receive your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier once your claim has been processed, detailing the charges and payments made on your behalf.

Just called and the receptionist that answered the phone was incredibly rude I said good morning and no reply and didn’t even bother to say goodbye just hung up. Her tone is very dull also. If you don’t like what you do find something else simple

Its a little difficult sometimes to get to next steps, which can make things time consuming.
For example, needed to leave several voicemails to get a referral appointment, this virtual appointment started a half hour late and nearly missed it for a subsequent work call, a voicemail left for some prescriptions had one missed requiring another round of follow-up voicemails, and recently a referral provided gave a dead phone-line that appears to be to a provider no longer be practicing. This has been all in the last month, where I don’t think I can point to anything that has truly gone smoothly

Dr. Seiler has been my physician for 18 years. She’s simply magnificent! Dr.Seiler is brilliant, patient and thorough. She cares, point blank. She will be my physician for life as long as she continues to practice. Simply the BEST!!!

Excellent service. Dr. Seiler is extremely pro-active in safeguarding my health. The Physician assistants and other staff are all very professional and patient oriented. I’ve been going here for15 years—they also save you time by phone & tele health consultations. Best medical practice I’ve known!

I have been a very long time patient of Arlington Primary Care. They have always shown a genuine care for their patients which is sometimes lacking in today's medical practices.
I would highly recommend them to those looking for a quality and caring medical practice.

In 1999 I decided to find a regular doctor. I asked the pharmacist at our drug store for a recommendation. She said, "Everyone finds Dr. Paula Bergamini to be very responsive." I called Dr. Bergamini's office, made an appointment, and have been her patient ever since. Dr. Bergamini provides great medical care. If I need a specialist, she refers me to the best. A few weeks ago I did a Zoom visit with Dr. Bergamini, which went fine. Since I started with Dr. Bergamini, three family members have become her regular patients plus two more family members have become patients of other doctors in Arlington

I've been a patient for more than 20 years. I have had consistently excellent service and always feel listened to and very well cared for. I really appreciate this place and all the people - receptionists, nurses, lab technicians, and especially my doctor, Dr. Seiler.

After my long-time primary care physician retired my husband and I needed to find a new PCP. I wish we had started with this practice even sooner - my first visit the providers made me feel like a long-term client. They were professional yet personable and took time to listen to my healthcare concerns.
They also offered very helpful and easily implemented advice like starting a new vitamin and finding ways to work exercise into each day.
I can't speak highly enough of the people i interacted with at Arlington Primary Care and am glad I recently started with their practice!

In 20 years I have never had a negative experience with Arlington Primary Care. The staff is friendly and courteous, and wait times are reasonable. I have seen both Dr. Bergamini and Dr. Chu, and they are both thorough, compassionate, and professional. I feel privileged to be able to be a patient there.

The office is nice except Dr.Seilers assistant is very rude. She is mean and speaks to patients with no respect. The minute Dr.Seiler walks in she began to talk to me nicely. I would recommend any provider. It is hard getting an appointment. You will have a long wait time unless you go to see the Kevin. Kevin is extremely nice. His assistant Faith was the best thing to happen to this place. I am taking my medical records and never returning. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I have been going to this practice for 8 years, and I love them. The doctors are super, and the PAs are good, too. They care, they are responsive, and they have been a significant help to me in diagnosing and treating various issues. It IS hard to get in and to get a first appointment, but once you are in, you can get treatment (often) the same day. The one stars definitely don't reflect my long-time experience with this group. The one issue is that they have perhaps too many patients and not enough staff, but for me the balance is good.

This place use to be amazing (20 years ago) Now there is such a lack of caring on both front desk staff and back office staff, it's sad. Wait times are crazy. Front desk is rude, and don't even try to talk to a doctor on the phone. I would find someone else.

I had my first wellness appointment for Wednesday July 25th at 9:00 AM with Ioana Jucan. I showed up early to my appointment and checked in at 8:30 AM. I was taken to the exam room at 9:00 AM exactly. The PA checked my vitals height and weight and informed me that the doctor will be in in a few minutes. At 9:30 the PA returned to apologize that I am still waiting and that it should be just a few more minutes before the doctor comes into the office. I found out that the doctor had not even come into the office all this time. I waited 10 more minutes and then I put my shoes back on.

I used to see Sarah Davis and she is wonderful! I was recently having an issue with my leg swelling and called the office to learn Sarah had left the practice. They recommended that I come in and Dr. Jucan was available and I was scheduled to see her that afternoon. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in that appointment and the way she treated me and spoke to me. She barely looked at my leg and basically asked me why I came in (because the nurse said the doctors recommended it). I then had a question about a difference in my last blood work to which she said "well don't you just worry about

Be careful about with whom you choose to schedule. Dr. Bergamini is a solid GP, IMHO. I also have no complaints about Sarah Davis, NP. But stay away from Dr. Jucan. She is the worst doctor that I have ever experienced. I literally walked out of the exam room after she didn't even attempt to look at the problem but was already reaching conclusions. I spoke with the Office Manager of the practice and then Dr. Bergamini, who called to follow up with me. I highly suggest not even trying to schedule with Dr. Jucan. Dismissive and apathetic are the most positive adjectives that I can write

In the waiting room now. Have already waited more than 45minutes. This is just not respectful to my time. Would it be too difficult to call or text ahead that the physician is running behind? This is not the first time. Clearly, she is trying to book too many patients. I'm gone.

I have been happy with my care by Dr. Chu (and once, Sarah Davis). I expect to wait long past my appointment time when I am there, which is offset by the thoroughness of the providers themselves. Usually the nurse I see is named Kelly, and she is very nice.

I appreciate being able to see my test results and notes in their online system. You can make some appointments completely online which is very convenient. I agree with other reviewers that the front office staff is a bit brusque, but I find that pretty much everywhere in the DC region.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Chu to my friends

I've seen Sarah Davis, NP numerous times. I've also seen Kevin Henry, PA-C and Dr. Chu. The providers are good. They're friendly and helpful.

What makes this practice so incredibly unpleasant to visit is the front desk. Specifically the individual responsible for checking in patient's for the aforementioned providers-I believe her name is Denise-is rude, condescending and has an awful demeanor. She is curt and either speaks over you or completely ignores what you have said.

Arlington Primary Care should be aware of the "face" of their office. I understand that

Definitely on the mend as far as the office personnel goes, Arlington Primary continues to improve. But does a vaccine need to cost $343.00, not to mention the $73 they charge for the nurse to stick you with a needle? Should have got mine at the grocery store pharmacy.

Wow, how rude. I called looking for a primary care for my 83 year old mother. Before I could even get the sentence out the woman who answered cut in with "What is her insurance?" I responded with her Part B provider. Next question was "How old?" I responded with her age. "So she would also have Medicare?" Yes. "We don't take patients with Medicare, Good Bye" And then hung up. I am glad we found out their style of treating patients right away, I wouldn't want to reward such rudeness. Oh and to add insult to injury their website lists

UPDATE: I was contacted by Privia's customer service in response to this post. I was given a bunch of platitudes about their service but no help. I have ultimately been billed $206 to receive the diagnosis that should have been done the first time around. Privia has been silent regarding the bill itself.

Original Review: Waste of my time.

It took two or three months to get on the books for an initial appointment. Since it was a physical (not by my request) and scheduled at three o'clock, it was essentially pointless. Dr Chu was kind enough to prescribe me medication without

DO NOT GO HERE! If you have anything more than a common cold, this practice does NOT want to be bothered. It is extremely difficult to get an appointment and the staff is condescending, disinterested and rude. Somehow they have forgotten the word "CARE" in Medical Care. The nurse assigned to return patient phone calls is abrupt, accusatory and nasty. Somehow their staff forgot that they are employed to help people who are sick? It is a sad state of affairs, when you receive a serious diagnosis and your doctor doesn't call you and the nurse on staff tells you that "your

It took me a long time to find the right primary care physician and now I have. The first good sign was that Dr. Rimicci was highly recommended by another doctor I respect. Being a professional with a medical background, it was easy for me to tell that he was on top of his game. On the first appointment, he was able to sort through my medical history very quickly and with amazing accuracy. Also, he's a great communicator. His knowledge/manner/communication combination is nearly impossible to find in my experience.

The staff has always been wonderful. You almost become used to dealing with

Dr. Chu is my primary doctor. She has always treated me with respect and kindness.
She's a great diagnostician and is very thorough. She has successfully treated me for a variety of complaints. A possible reason for having to wait for a doctor: patients like me- I woke up with really bad ear pain, drove to her office and waited, no appointment; she made time to see me and prescribed antibiotics. She did not ask me to go to the ER, or make an appointment for later or another day. He office staff that day were sympathetic, too. The referrals she makes have always been helpful docs. The slight

My doctor, Dr. Seiler, is fantastic. She is caring, she listens and asks great questions, and she really takes time in dealing with me to get the best answers for me.

The rest of the office staff that I've dealt with is horrible, especially Laticia in the referrals department. You can ask for a referral and expect to be waiting indefinitely. If you call to follow up (and you will need to numerous times), she will actually argue with you about how it is YOUR fault somehow that you haven't gotten the referral. I've heard that she needs more time (after weeks of waiting), I didn

I have been a patient in this practice for about 2 years. I am pleased with the care I get from the doctor, but the majority of my visits have been with the Nurse Practioner. She has never had a good bed side manner and I finally realized it is because she is very condescending.

I am also not pleased at all with how phone messages are handled. I called a few weeks ago looking for a recommendation for a neurologist. I left a voice message for Dr. Bergamini. I did not receive a call back from anyone in the practice. I called a week later and left a similar message on the referral line

I saw one of their NP, who was OK, but the practise itself is pretty bad. Half of the time, I can't get through their telephone system. It just has the busy sign, which makes me have to hang up and call again and again. And the telephone tree doesn't make sense either.
I was trying to get a referral and it literally takes 2 weeks and it's still not resolved. The NP doesn't call me back, I just end up talking to the receptionist or whoever. Not even a nurse.
Would not recommend. Regret having gone there and also sent my husband there. It's hard to get PCP appointment
