Your regular primary care doctor is the leader of your care team and manages your overall health. Follow-up routine visits for chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, depression/anxiety, thyroid, high cholesterol or others. Follow-up appointments after visits to Immediate Care or Emergency Room visits without a Hospital admission.
All of our Primary Care Physicians are Board Certified in Internal Medicine and focus on preventative care as well as diagnoses and management of both acute and chronic illnesses. Our doctors strongly believe in good health maintenance and disease prevention with an emphasis on personalized patient education.

I recently when to the practice for an annual physical. They drew blood but did not post me on the results for a while. When I enquired, I was told the following:
"Computer has deleted the orders of the tests. Unfortunately can you please return to lab fasting to redraw these?"
I'll just leave that here for potential patients to make their own conclusions on the competence of the practice.

BEWARE: Questionable Billing Ethics!
I went in for an annual physical and was charged for it as well as an office charge because I mentioned I was having stomach issues (something they later told me is not covered in preventative care). The provider gave me a referral to a gastroenterologist in which I did not ask for and that was the excuse used to double charge me. I ended up having to pay for an additional office visit when I was only seen by the provider for less than 15 minutes. I was under the assumption that this was just for a physical. If they offer to give you a referral I would make

Lack of professionalism is shocking. This is the 4th visit in a row I’ve taken my mom too & they’ve randomly changed the appointment. Today’s visit was scheduled over a month ago for 9:30am & the expect my elderly mother to figure out there portal system. Clearly to lazy to cal as they changed the appointment without telling the patient. Last time mom actually seen the dr was nearly 2 years ago. Thank god the nurse practitioners are actually pretty good. However, my patience is gone with this practice in Shirlington & I won’t be taking my mother back here! Time to find my mother & pancreatic

Dr. David and his team are so amazing! From the beginning of my WLS journey to the day I was leaving out of the hospital was always a pleasure! I have never written a review in my life, but I have been so frustrated with this group that it has driven me to. I left this practice because I was always told I had to wait a month to see a doctor when I called with an actual illness. I decided to leave when the doctor who I liked left the practice - was no longer worth the hassle. I now urgently need my medical records. I put in a request for my records (or had my other doc do it) 34 days ago. I have called several times to check on them, and they have been rude each time. This level of patient care is not acceptable.
