Dr. Wu is an excellent physician. She gave me clear directions and sound information and advice. Her assistant Rebekah was clear on the doctors diagnosis and listened to the patient concerns. Good Experience. If go to her follow her instructions.

I have seen Dr. Wu for several years for colonoscopies and find her very professional. The last few have resulted in removing polyps so they recommended earlier screenings (e.g. every 3 years). The problem is that I just got a surprise bill for $500 that wasn't covered by my new insurance.
The reason is they didn't code it as a preventive service but as a history of polyps. What's frustrating is that they never told me this before so I could at least be informed about costs.

Let me save you a two month wait for an appointment followed by an hour in the waiting room and a rude doctor not listening for 10 minutes max and shoving laxatives at you and telling you good luck. 0/10 would not recommend I wish 0 stars was an option honestly.

If you want to wait 2 months just to be gaslighted and given prescription laxatives this is the place for you. Office was dirty, the Dr. did not wear a mask and repeatedly rolled her eyes. 0-10 recommend.

I worked with Dr. Dougherty on some swallowing concerns after being dismissed by a not-so-great ENT as "maybe tonsil issues but I can't see anything". He was very programmatic with going through my symptoms and answering questions before diving into medical procedures. After talking through the options and hearing out my concerns, he decided that an endoscopy would be best to rule out any of the GI related causes. I finally had that endoscopy last month and it went super smoothly. He was very professional in talking through what he saw in the procedure and giving follow-up instructions. Funny enough

Prevention is important. That said patients need to be informed. I did not find Dr. Wu to be very informative or helpful. She immediately pushed for me to get a colonoscopy when I went in for clear symptoms of hemorrhoid's. She did not even inform me as to why I needed to do this procedure. After I completed the test she indicated oh yeah your bleeding was due t hemorrhoid's and did not give me any suggestions to improve my condition. I was 39 at the time no family history of colon cancer. I am NOT saying precautions should not be taken, but more information needs to be provided to the patient

Great experience with Dr. Wu. She was informative and helpful when it came to having a procedure done. The receptionist is extraordinarily rude though. Dr. Wu alone would get 5/5 in my book, but the receptionist is going to have me looking for a new doctor.

It’s a shame that people have rated this office so low. This is especially considering the face that I have been seeing Doctor Ansher for almost a year now and the experience has been pleasant through and through. He’s the first doctor to give me the time of day and make me feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel for my gastrointestinal condition. The staff has also been very pleasant the entire time.
It’s also worth noting that my mother and I have both done diagnostic procedures here in the comfort of their facility where they also have an anesthesiologist as a partner. Much

This review is for Amanda Lawton the NP, Dr. Ansher, and his nursing staff. I have had nothing but positive things to say about this place. I've had a lot of weight loss lately and recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy with them. Both of these doctors are very kind and have a great bedside manner. I have really felt awful lately and they haven't brushed me off as just having anxiety or being a "hormonal woman". I really feel like they are trying to get to the bottom of why I've been feeling so run down and weak. Highly recommend going here.

I don't know what is going on but the type of service and experience I am receiving to make an appointment is not what it was like before. I called so many times to make an appointment and had a long waiting time to speak to a person. Six times they told me simeone will call me back to make the appointment and didn't receive any call at all. One time one of the ladies told me to send her an email with a insurance card and call back number. I did that no call. I called about a week after and they told me they will call me back. Again no body called, but about a week later I received an appointment
