The owner Jay misdiagnosed a leak, made 2 repair attempts on the wrong issue, replaced the tank materials(brine) on a faulty tank, and wants $225(discounted for his misjudgments).
I realize that someone’s time is worth money, however if I’m paying a professional $85/per hour(jay’s rate), then there’s no excuse for being wrong and expecting to be paid. I could’ve done that myself.
