Well pump was shot, these guys went above and beyond. Helped me work with my home warranty, made the calls required. Came to my house next day and had me up and running in 3 hrs. Price was absolutely fair to. More stars if I could.

The short version: Phares Fry did excellent work for nearly $900 less than what a competitor quoted me. Read on if you would like more details.
My well pump went bad, had another company out to do trouble shooting and give an estimate. Long story short, they did 5 minutes of troubleshooting, quoted me $2500 to replace the pump, and then charged me $150 when I said I wanted to take a day to get another estimate.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable and experienced employees. The crew sent to my house was communicative, patient and honest regarding all our questions and concerns. They made time to come help us on very short notice right before the holiday AND did everything they could to make sure our issue was fixed so that we wouldn't go without water for a long holiday weekend. This company genuinely cares about their customers! Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again with any well needs in the future.
