Bill is a native Californian, who has lived in the South Bay Area for over forty years. He married Julie in 1991, whom he met at UCSF Dental School. He gained her confidence and trust with witty comments such as, the time on their first date, when she answered the door, he said, "What are you all dressed up for?"
I was born and raised in Iran and moved to California in 2006, fluently speaking both Farsi and English. I have 21 years of experience in the dental field beginning as a dental assistant. Advancing my clinical skills I became a dental hygienist, graduating from Foothill College. I hold a BA degree in social science from Iran and an AA from Foothill College.

Dr. Miller is an exceptional dentist! I broke multiple front teeth in a bike accident a while ago, and recently I decided I wanted to get veneers to replace the composite restoration I had done by a previous dentist. Dr. Miller paid attention to what I wanted my smile to look like, and he made sure to explain every step of the process. I am SO beyond happy with the final result! He is clearly committed to staying up-to-date on technological advancements in the field, and the lab that he works with did an amazing job fabricating my porcelain veneers. I am a dentist flunkie. Turns out I hadn’t gone back for a check up or anything since 2008. Whoops! Miller Savant has been my lifetime dentist. They still had all my records. The experience then was great. The experience today is great. While I spent probably two hours longer than I expected, they did squeeze me in between for some jaw pain I’ve been having AND caught me up in all my routine items except for a cleaning. I already made that appointment and another for some follow up services I need (though thankfully not much - don’t wait 13 years to see your dentist).

Amazing!! Dr Julie went above & beyond to help me feel comfortable & at ease. I’m terrified of the Dentist & she & her amazing team made sure I had music playing to calm my nerves. ABBA played while they filled a filling that had fallen out. They also got me in quickly, the Covid protocol was clear & well executed for my safety. Thank you! My family and I have been going to Dr. Savant as our primary dentist for more than 20 years. We are always greeted with warm smiles by everyone in the office. Dr. Savant is a very knowledgeable dentist who genuinely cares about her patients. She is really great with kids. She always asks me how my family members are doing. She always asks me about my own business career.
