Mr. Emmons is an excellent attorney. After a failure of representation from a prior attorney that resulted in my case being upgraded from a class B misdemeanor to a 3rd degree felony charge, I contacted Mr. Emmons. He was able to fight for me and make a plea deal with the prosecution office to drop the felony charge back down to a class B misdemeanor. Mr. Emmons was always very honest and forth coming on what was happening with my case and what to expect. I don’t plan on ever needing another criminal defense attorney, but if I do Mr. Emmons will be my first call.
