It took them two days to respond to my online submission form to request a consultation. Someone called me and scheduled a consultation with Jamie. Jaimie called me the next day on time but was very dry, didn't sound like she really cared about my situation and just started talking about the people in her office, whose been there longest, who charges more. I didn't feel the assurance that I would be cared for during a difficult process. The vibes were definitely off. I am not sure if this is normal for lawyers - maybe shes super busy - not sure. I had three different lawyers handle my divorce case.
Here’s a list of my complaints:
My bill is too high, and it's not what we agreed to. I have no idea what my lawyer claims to have done to earn it. My attorney did a terrible job, and I don't want to pay a big bill. My attorney billed me at the lawyer’s rate when a paralegal did most of the… work. My attorney padded the bill by billing 30 minutes for every two-minute phone call or email.
* My lawyer’s never acknowledge that I was in charge and told me to what to expect. The lawyers agreed/went with whatever the opposition

Best decision I've made since I filed for divorce!!! I started with Jamie Graham and Associates back in 2014, at this time her team was handling my divorce case. The quality of service was outstanding. Just recently I needed to use Jamie Graham and Associates services once again for a custody battle, I was assigned to Katy Fox-Sanvictores. I am not… sure I can speak highly enough of her and her team, any questions I had were answered in a timely manner, to say my case was difficult might be an understatement. My case started back in July 2019, opposing counsel was causing a lot of delays

If you need a great family law attorney to represent you, then look no further. I’ve utilized Jamie’s services since 2015 after being referred by a friend. I’ve never once regretted the decision. The staff in her office are nothing short of stellar! Everybody is attentive, compassionate and results driven. Obviously results cannot be guaranteed, but they are relentless at getting the job done and with the best possible outcome. If I could leave 10 stars I would!
