Agree with other reviewers--this business doesn't even deserve one star. I am clearly shaken after such rude treatment that I am compelled to write this review.

I should have known better after a call to this location proved futile with a woman talking over me and not letting me ask my full questions. She was rude and interruptive the entire call. I chalked it it up to a potential language barrier and decided to just go to the location. She did say she could print out my shipping labels if I emailed them--so at least there was some hope. If I can give less than a 1 star rating, I would. On Friday, March 2, I went to Safe Ship and requested a package be sent FedEx Overnight to arrive in Charlotte, NC by Saturday, March 3. I paid the overnight fee of $23.90 and was told everything will be taken care of. When I discovered the package had not arrived in Charlotte, I used the Tracking number I was given and found that the package was never issued a label and probably had never left the Safe Ship location. I went back to Safe Ship and asked what the problem was. The owners were rude and verbally offensive to me in front of other customers

After reading such negative reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. The owners here were absolutely lovely people! We were laughing, smiling, and enjoying conversation throughout the transaction. I never felt pushed into anything, although they did of course inform me of other purchases that could be made and helpful to me, as a business should do. I believe the owners made sure that I saved money and hardly charged me for packing my large television to ship to my grandmother. I have not one negative thing to say about this business. Would not even give this place a 1 star. The woman was beyond rude when I asked for a piece of tape to seal the label a little more. She asked me to take my package and leave her business because I asked for one piece of tape. She basically yelled at me and said she didn't have any time to deal with me. This is the worst customer service I have ever had at a business. Would NOT recommend. Does NOT deserve a one star.

This place does not even deserve a 1 star. I have rented a box from this business for over 4 years. They took and withheld business checks from us. When my husband questioned the owner (Jay) about missing mail he stated "I know what a check looks like." Both of us thought that was odd. We now receiving some many emails from companies stating they mailed us our payments but noticed the checks have not been cashed. Some of the mail was not given to us and some was returned back to sender. My husband's medical insurance has been cancelled due to missing correspondence. Meanwhile

This is the worst place to do business with. Sherry & Jay (owners) will rip you off. Sherry is very disrespectful. I watch a customer as Sherry for information about the postage that she was charging her. Sherry became so rude and disrespectful. She literally throw the ladies money at her. The next gentleman questioned the postage that they were charging and Sherry once again try to brush the customer off and say "its okay." In positive reviews are from Sherry writing reviews about herself and using another name. STAY AWAY from this business!!!!

Went to ship a package. Just one woman there hidden behind a desk away from the door so hard to see if someone worked there. Immediately I was greeted with a defensive, rude tone by this woman. When I tried to explain the scribble I wrote on a piece of paper to be helpful to her of the address to be sent, she yelled and told me I could take the package somewhere else and not to tell her how to do her job. That was not my intent and when I tried to smooth things over with her, she got even madder yelling next time you speak you go somewhere else. I'll not have this! Unfortunately I let her

I tried to go today to ship out packages, however, while the website stated they close at 6:30pm Monday - Friday, when I arrived, there was no one there, and the sign outside their door stated they closed at 6pm Monday-Friday. Through the contact button, I sent a kind email to inform them that the website had the wrong hours. I received a rude, condescending response from Jay which included telling me that I was "very much confused" and he or she didn't know where I went to. I actually responded to tell him or her that it was his/her shop by Food Lion on New Falls of Neuse in Raleigh

I needed to ship something priority mail and arrived at the Safe Ship in Wakefield just after the USPS had picked up on a Thursday afternoon. The lady gave me shipping options and prices. After I had decided and prepared the envelope, she threw it under the counter and assured me that she would process it the next morning and would email me the tracking information the next day. After a busy weekend, I realized I had not gotten the tracking information, nor had I heard from the package recipient that it had been received. I received such excellent service from SafeShip that I decided to write a review so others could know about this great business. I hadn't read the other Yelp reviews earlier and I was surprised and shocked to see how negative they are when I had such a positive experience.

I live in New Mexico, several thousand miles from Raleigh. After my father passed away last spring, my sisters and I spent many weeks sorting thru the large number of items left in the Raleigh house we'd grown up in. Don't rent a U-Haul here. Even though I had a confirmed reservation, the truck was not there when I arrived at the scheduled time. Fair enough - mistakes happen. But the people here didn't lift a finger to help me solve the problem. The woman did call some sort of regional manager, but was really complaining to him (in front of me) that my problem was taking her time away from her "shipping" customers. True audacity.

I have no time for such disinterested, poor customer service. I would not consider patronizing this store for even as much as a postage stamp.

My wife shipped a package from this location and the agent attempted to charge her $1 to email the tracking number. She refused then emailed the location. Below is the staggering response she received. Of note, she did not tell him her problems and the package was prepared for shipping. Simply unbelievable.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in yesterday and walked out in utter shock. The owners (a husband and wife) and another employee (young male) were in the store. The Older man treated his employee like complete garbage. I and one other customer were embarrassed and uncomfortable because the owners were extremely unprofessional yelling and degrading their employee in front of us. The employee was doing nothing but being friendly and helpful. He was talking to him like he was 10 years old.
