I'm an artist and needed to send a 20x16 gallery-wrapped oil painting to a collector in Maryland. Michael had the perfect sized box and has a safe and secure system for "floating" the painting in the center of the box with thick foam at the corners. He packaged it for me on the spot and I left with great confidence. Update: My collector let me know that the painting arrived in great condition. Thank you, Michael!

Let me start by saying this is the first Google review I have ever written. I went to get my background and fingerprints done for TSA Precheck. It was an all around horrible experience and waste of my time. The directions I received were to arrive 10 minutes prior to my appointment (which I did) and bring 2 forms of ID (which I did). Upon arrival there were 5-6 people in front of me in line (no big deal I waited patiently). When I get to the counter to check in they ask me for my UZZU number that I was not asked to prepare to have for the appointment. After spending about 5 minutes to find it myself

This was my first visit and I will be back! I needed to send a fax and was greeted by Carolyn. Her kindness and professionalism were refreshing. She sent my fax quickly and efficiently and I was on my way.

Everything you want in customer service. I came in right before closing and they stayed for another 1/2 hour to accoodate me and were not put out or upset about it. In fact they went the extra mile to make sure everything in my shipping was correct which required several questions and addittional time.

I had a large, heavy package to ship and was able to call and confirm that it was a size they could ship. The manager on the phone knew the right questions to ask to be able to confirm and price the shipping. When I arrived at the shop the owner met me at my car with a hand-trunk to help me which was so kind! The store was busy but the staff was courteous and took their time with each customer. It's a pleasure doing business at this Ship on Site

My husband, son and I made an appointments online and went to Ship On Site to obtain our clearance for TSA precheck. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional through the entire process...and this was during the holiday season when they were busy helping those with packages to send. It was a busy time, but the whole crew remained organized and really kind! I highly recommend this place!

I had to ship valuable (both sentimental and monetary) items from my family's estate cross country and Ship on Site (specifically the owner Michael) made the process as easy as it could be during an emotionally difficult time. Each item was handled with care and packed so well to ensure that the items arrived to me safely. Only one item was damaged out of many in shipping and Ship on Site made it right immediately. Emails and calls were always responded to and I felt like a valued customer. Thank you for the care you gave to my items. It made a stressful time less so and for that I am appreciative
