It was very easy to book online. However my order got cancelled twice before it finally went through the 3rd time. It said it was cancelled because no driver was available the week I wanted it towed, so I moved it to the next week. Somehow on the 3rd order it was available the week I wanted. So it charged me $250 (3x). The refunded me twice, but it was a hassle. Then it was supposed to be picked up Monday, but the driver came the Thursday before. I didn't get an email from the representative or call from customer service beforehand. That almost put me in a bind. I would say communicating with the

I had this company pick up my two cars after another company failed to hold up to our contract and basically left me and my family hanging, with just a few days to close on the house we sold, we called Smart Auto Move and they were able to get our cars on a truck with little time to spare. The agent was honest and didn't try to upcharge me to their expedited service upon listening to our time frame

I used SMART AUTO MOVE for shipping my car from Maryland to CA and got a great service. I got estimated time to pick up and drop. the driver called me promptly and asked me to come to nearby spot for give the car. Took all the pictures. My car delivery took about 10 days. Car was delivered directly at my door step.

Very good experience with this company. Everyone I interacted with was very responsive, both over phone and email, providing me with information and updates. Our cars crossed the country (CA to MD) in just 4 days and arrived in great condition, no new scratches or dents (just a bit dirty, which is to be expected in an open carrier). Very impressed with the speed the cars were delivered as well as the service. Would recommend.

I had a car moved from California to Michigan. There was a very small window of time it could be picked up. Richard was very professional and easy to work with. Any time I called with a question I got a call back almost immediately. Anthony was the driver for my delivery. He did a great job keeping me informed on both the pick up and delivery. We shipped our car from Maryland to Oregon, and we had an overal good experience. Our car was transported by West Coast Auto Transport Service, Inc. Since this was the first time we had shipped a car we were not sure what to expect. Richard and Kendall were very professional, and always available to answer our questions throughout the process. Communication with the driver could have been better, but I understand it's tough to predict accurate time windows when on the road. Our car was picked up on a Wednesday, and we received it the following Wednesday at noon. The driver was very efficient, knowledgeable
