I brought them a high quality Japanese-made watch that was simply running fast and likely needed to be regulated... But, unfortunately, they couldn't be bothered, saying it wasn’t a Swiss watch. They list a Japanese brand watch as a product they sell, but apparently don't lower themselves to work on anything but Swiss watches. When I asked follow up questions, the sales clerk, Susan, began speaking on behalf of the repairman without getting the answer from him. Terrible customer service. These people may be good at selling jewelery, but watch repair is a joke.

Needed to talk about an appraisal for an estate. I know nothing about jewelry and had no idea if there was any value on the several peices I had. Rather than send me on my way or take my money, they took a quick glance and advised me it wouldn’t be worth the appraisal for what I had. Once it had arrived the team worked a little bit after hours to get me the finished ring sooner rather than later. At the end of July, I took my boyfriends gold bracelet to get fixed. I wasn’t sure if it was even possible because of it being a rope-linked style. They assured me they could fix it for $39. Fast forward to a… week later, I got the call it was fixed! My 3 year old daughter and I got there and as they handed it to me, a piece of gold poked my hand..... it was still messed up and i had already paid the $39. The jeweler told me the repair guy was still in the area and could fix it before I go. So I take my daughter over to Panera for a drink and we wait. About a half an hour after waiting

I always ask for Faye she has helped me find the perfect gift for every occasion year after year! She is so friendly and really got to know me to provide the best selection just for me! When I lost my center stone in my ring, I took it here to be replaced. When the band got caught on a gate a couple months later and split apart, I took it back to be repaired and was given a flat fee to repair my ring. My husband picked it up a few days later while I was out of town. The first thing I did when I got back was unwrap it and go to… put it on, but immediately I could tell something was wrong. My new center stone was visibly loose, rattling around in the prongs. I took it back in the next day. They were very rude and told me that it hadn't been like that when it left the store

Saleswoman are great, but my platinum engagement ring...the band broke where it was sized down half a size. They fixed it, but no way that should have happened.
