My experience was absolutely fantastic. Chris Monti worked with me personally from start to finish. I went in to buy an engagement ring with very little knowledge and left 100% confident and satisfied in my purchase. I could not have held him to a higher standard then he held himself. He walked me through every detail and custom built a ring that was well beyond what I imagined and within my budget. Professional, up front, honest, extremely friendly, and exceptional quality . 10/10 recommend!

I took 2 watches in for repair; one needed a new battery and the other needed a band resizing. Chris Monti helped me and we spoke for about 10 minutes while he performed the repairs. I was in and out quickly and he did really nice work. The best part, as Chris explained, is that he does basic watch repairs free of charge and donates the money to local charities as his way of giving back to the community. I insisted on paying him directly in addition to my contribution and he declined.
