Services
When a marriage breaks down and divorce becomes the only option couples are generally at their worst for resolving conflict. Emotions are running high, defensive reactions are intensified at the time of divorce and you have a sure recipe for potential disaster not the ideal setting for resolving conflict and finding agreement.
Carol F. Delzer, is a problem solver, skilled in finance and negotiation and works with couples to dissolve marriages in a compassionate way. Carol F. Delzer is a certified mediator and divorce lawyer with more than 30 years of experience serving clients in Northern California. In addition, Ms. Delzer is a family law specialist certified by the State Bar of California and a licensed marriage family therapist.
A Marital Settlement Agreement also referred to as MSA is an agreement between divorcing spouses that finalizes all legal issues of the marriage. The MSA includes how all assets and debts will be divided (what assets and debts are community versus separate); if you have children, how you will share their time (the co-parenting plan); and support based on many factors.
Divorce mediation is a process in which Carol Delzer as your Mediator acts as a neutral third party to help you through your divorce without going to Court. As your divorce mediator she will file all the court documents necessary, help you reach a settlement in your legal issues and file the final signed agreement with the court.
As divorcing parents or separating partners, you may feel confused and overwhelmed by the decisions you face regarding caring for your children and managing finances. These questions arise when mutual trust is low and communication may be poor. As a family, you may feel as if your world has been turned upside down.

Cleark scheduled hearing for a wrong date, and it was scheduled for Saturday when they are close. Stuff did not cared to bring apologies nor tried to reschedule for next one or two weeks. 3 months waiting for a simple case hearing, and such mistake made me wonder of "what kinda system our courts running"
