When I tried to find a therapist whose special interests aligned with mine, I was excited to see Trust Therapeutics come up so frequently. I really wanted to like this place and make it work as it was my top choice to reach out. But having gone through this entire process of trying to be scheduled and asking questions, it has casted a lot of doubts about how new clients are treated.
I emailed them over a month ago to get some information before being scheduled. I was sent an automated message to sign up through the portal to check for availability. I called the office to speak with someone directly

I do not recommend Trust Therapeutics. They are impossible to reach when you have a question as their phone line goes straight to an automated voice message system that will give you an email and hang up on you or connect you with an operator who will leave a message. After calling four times to get an issue resolved, I still have not received a call back. I also reached out via email multiple times with no response. My therapist cancelled on me twice in a row, the second time only after I reached out to her, twenty minutes before our appointment. While I understand that things come up, it is incredibly

I would not recommend this establishment.
I reached out to them seeking therapy. I was contacted and provided all my information they requested.They took my insurance and they even scheduled an appointment for me.
I reached out close to my appointment date and I was told the therapist does not take my insurance. It was extremely upsetting to have everything set up to then be told that I didn't have an appointment.
Another reason why i would not recommend them is because you cannot reach anyone by phone. Very terrible communication.
I wouldn't wish this on anyone who is seeking therapy and excited

Lisa is a fantastic therapist and provided a really welcoming and constructive environment for us to work together on my issues. She helped me identify my own issues, and also get over real hurdles in my life. She provided numerous resources that I am still working my way through. I would highly recommend trying it out if you haven't!

Lisa at Trust Therapeutics is an amazing resource for the staff and students at Fenway High School. She provides individual counseling to students, consults with school faculty, and often provides resources and a helping hand to the interns at Fenway High. The students often leave counseling sessions with a smile on their face. She truly connects with and makes quite the difference in our students' lives. We are truly lucky to have her as an additional therapeutic resource.
