That is why after each workout we give our clients a free protein shake, apple, or protein bar to tie them over until their next meal. If I could give Matt Skelly Training and all of the trainers at MST 10 stars- I would! This place truly changed my life. I started at MST 6 months after my first baby was born. Matt Skelly Training is an amazing place! We all know that working out can be tough but Matt and his coaches are amazing! Sounds crazy but I look forward to every time I go! When you walk in they are happy to see you. They support and encourage you throughout your workout! Believe me you work hard but when you leave with wobbly legs you know it was all worth it!

I share personal trainer, Audrey with a friend. We are both seniors in good health. Audrey’s workouts are age appropriate, designed for our fitness levels, creative and challenging. We alternate between the Matt Skelly Studio and Halyburton Park (weather permitting). The studio is kept clean and sanitized, and all of the instructors wear masks. It is the best, feel good workout hour that I look forward to twice a week. I highly recommend this business to those who put high priorities on maximizing their strength, flexibility, stamina and overall health.

Matt Skelly Training is a great gym with all the equipment you could need, awesome coaches, and little extras like protein shakes and meal plans.
The entire gym feels like a little family. Everyone is so friendly, and I especially love working with my coach, Kinley. She creates super fun workouts so I never feel bored, and I can tell she's always smiling even though she's wearing a mask.
The gym is always clean and I feel they do everything to keep themselves and us safe.
I would highly recommend Matt Skelly Training.

I starting working with Audrey in June 2020 while I was working in Wilmington short term. Matt did my initial intake and I was completely impressed with the personal attention from the staff. Matt assigned me to Audrey as my personal trainer. After doing 8 weeks of in person training, I had to leave the area and return home. I did not want to lose the momentum I had. We decided to do virtual workouts and I am still making progress!

After several months of no strength training, I started training with Audrey at Matt Skelly Training. I love my training sessions! I feel like I'm getting my strength back after months of inactivity. The gym is very conscious about Covid precautions so I don't have any reservations about being there.
