I started with Matt and Morgan after an intense surgery. They worked hard to make sure I didn't injure myself while helping me build the core strength I need. It is a great gym and workouts are customized to the individuals needs and all issues of well being are addressed such as diet along with exercise. They are flexible with their scheduling and are very helpful when life sends curve balls. I highly recommend this gym if you are looking for expert instruction from an entire team. Matt and Morgan have wonderful personalities that help motivate.

Matt is very professional and does an awesome job! He got me from 160lbs to 180lbs of Lean muscle in only a few short months! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for training, he gets straight to the point and I started seeing results within the first couple weeks.

Matt is hands down the best personal trainer anyone could ask for! He helps coach you not only physically but nutritionally as well. He also provides an awesome app that you can use to do home workouts as well as meal plans!
During workouts he is very motivating and tailors the workouts to your needs.
During the program I lost about 30lbs!

I reached out to Matt for personal training after reaching a plateau with my fitness goals. After a couple different consultations with other trainers, I decided to ultimately go with Matt.
