In a building with eight units, three of them with dogs, and a tenant in the building who complains about dogs barking (namely, myself), why would you rent a one bedroom to a couple with three dogs that bark incessantly. I can't even step outside my apartment door and tenants can't walk into or out of the building entrance without being barked at. It's stressful and disturbing my enjoyment of where I live. What is Nest Property thinking when they rent to inconsiderate people? It is their responsibility to screen prospective renters for the building with the present tenants in mind

I engaged Anna to find a tenant for my condo. While I recognize the current market is tough, I feel like I wasted time and effort having her list the place. Maybe she was great finding people when times were good for landlords, but I saw a near complete failure to adapt to the realities of renting a place in a down economy. I had to initiate any efforts to update the listing - first to get her to shoot current photos, then to redo the few bad pictures she did take, provide usages on showings, light duty staging, and reducing the rent /deposit (and when we did finally work those, she updated the

I know from day one that you and your company will be the right fit for me. You return my call on the weekend within 20 minutes after I leave a message when you were out of the Country with 7 or 8 hours of a different time zone. You call me back in my day time to talk

This is my second time working with Anna Estevez. I have to say, she is like family. Anna knows the ins and outs and worked very hard to make this a smooth process in this horrible time of renting in the Bay Area.
I contacted Anna to assist a first time renter and she was very clear in explaining all the to do's, very accommodating in scheduling the viewing, took notes as to the things we were requesting and followed up with another viewing before the final papers were signed.

Ron manages the property my family rents. When I contact him with an issue, he takes care of it right away. He contacts the plumber, electrician, or other service professional and sends them out promptly, and in coordination with my schedule. He has been fair and responsive to our needs. I recommend renting a property that Ron manages.

Recently myself and 3 friends were looking at a house in Daly City. We instantly fell in love with the house. Offered to pay more than the asked price and explained at we wanted the owners to know that and take it into consideration. ALSO our credit score was at least at 800. I sent her multiple emails asking questions and making sure she received our information and never got a reply. We even called her at least 5 times from different phones and she never answered the calls. Even when we left messages they were never responded to. She finally answered one call and told us that we should hear back

Six years ago I met Ron when I was looking for a place to live. I contacted him and told him I would be over to see a condo he was managing/renting. I was a bit late and he graciously waited for me, how nice. I did rent the condo and for six years he has always been responsive to all my calls and has been, for me, a dream come true.
