Dino managed our property while we were living abroad for two years. He was absolutely amazing to work with. Dino and his staff at Avia Properties have been managing our rental cottage in San Mateo for 3.5 years. Dino was a consummate professional in my dealings with him as a rental agent searching for a property on the peninsula. He was there on time, the property was in good condition to view, he sent a lease in a timely manner, was highly responsive to questions and concerns and addressed the needs of my client, (the renter) as well as staying inside the parameters the owner would accept. We started working with Dino two years ago. Dino managed our single family home in San Mateo. Since we were out of state we needed somebody we could trust and make sure all the issues were taken care off. Dino managed everything for us from finding us tenants, managing all the repairs that were needed to get the house ready for renting and then having all the maintenance people to take care of any issues. We looked at a rental that was managed by this company. During our tour of the property, Dino was talking poorly about the previous tenant and their pet which we thought was very unprofessional. Despite his behavior, we liked the house and turned in an application right away after he said that the applications would be reviewed in the order received. Dino was less than honest with us about not getting the house and said that the couple before us completed their application first and were offered the house. We found Dino Martins four years ago when we needed someone to manage the rental of our father's condo in San Carlos. We kids are all in other states so finding someone competent was important to us. We had two separate tenants in four years, both of whom were selected by Dino after careful review of their job histories, references and credit histories. Dino communicated with us regularly and was extremely professional and competent. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I talked to Dino when I was evaluating property managers. Although he didn't have the bandwidth to take my property right now, he was extremely helpful in providing references and helpful tips. (I prefer he be open about his availability rather than take me on as a client and not be able to service me well.) He was also very responsive via email and phone. Came across as a really nice guy to begin with. However even though we were first in line our application was rejected as we weren't able to move within 3 days of viewing before other candidates after us. Very different to our conversation and explanation that candidates were more qualified without merit. I would think twice before going with this property manager.

I can't speak highly enough of Dino. He has been the property manager for our rental property while we lived out of state, and we really don't know what we would have done with out him. Dino is extremely responsive and exceeded every expectation we had. Any issue that we encountered was addressed immediately and professionally. Dino is a fantastic property manager! We found Dino last year to manage our condo in San Mateo. My husband and I are new to property management and Dino was so great at walking us through every step of the process. He handled everything from making sure our condo was clean and ready to be rented out in addition to finding us our tenants. If I could give Dino at Avia Properties more than five stars I would. I hired him to manage my parents' home in South San Francisco in September of 2017. There was absolutely no stress involved because he handled everything in such a timely and professional manner - I did not have to worry about anything.
