First Equity Property Management & Leasing

An intelligent and calculated managerial system! We were with a generic management company for years. They kept us in a routine of struggle mmand endless increases. When we changed to First Equity it took them 3 months to completely audit our books and rewrite our game plan. After 2 years working with them and allowing Vincent to guide us, we have lowered our dues and have removed all the old pending maintenance items. I am happy. This is a great company and the managers are so involved and educated. Completely different than the rest.

What a company. I relocated to the bay area months back, and couldn't find anything truly luxurious until I got on the phone with Vincent. He showed me a building near my work in Palo Alto, and I fell in love. This guy worked with me, acted as a personal assistant during the move in, and I am extremely happy. Much more than a typical management company. I am still with them, still happy and rarely see an agent with such a passion and drive. I'd give ten stars if I could. Had to drop a note.

I live in large condo building in Foster City. Long time we had bad managers, one after the other. the president is the only Intelligent one on the board. I thought we were in big problem. now we have this company and Vince is our contact. Grounds clean, new mail box, green grass. best manager so far, I keep posted on here

First Equity Property Management are real top shelf professionals. Vincent and the other property managers there are timely and responsive to all issues and always help our HOA. I've never seen or heard of a company be that responsive in tackling not only big issues, but also the minor things as well to improve the look and feel of our community. When the big wind storms came a few weeks back, I remember seeing Vince come out the next morning personally and do a walk through of the neighborhood to see if everyone was ok and make sure no one or their residence was hurt. Could not ask for a more dysfunctional property management company. I have had direct, long-term experience with this company. Their inability and/or unwillingness to properly address issues has resulted in our HOA having to pay HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in repair costs. These are facts - not opinions.
I wonder how this company has even one positive review. But, I guess, as the old saying goes: "Even a broken clock is accurate twice a day!"
My recommendation: stay as far away from this company as possible. Unless, of course, you need a write-off for all of the money you will be spending

Best of the best! My wife and I own two units in a 350 unit Association on the peninsula. We were so happy when First Equity took over. They are doing fantastic work. I helped select this management company for our Board and I will tell you, Property Managers are kind of like community police and the do have a ruff job. Like police officers, I say give a property manager a hug if ever possible. These people work hard and often go unappreciated. They watch out for the health of the building, and do what is needed to keep the investment healthy. In our case it meant tenting many of our buildings

Have been living in one of First Equity Property Management San Mateo properties for a couple of years and must say... they are great managing agents, care immensely about their properties and client relationships, and are just generally good people (rare in the real estate business!). They purchase homes that are in need of love and attention and then bring the property back to its former glory with generous finishes and a respectful eye to design. We would recommend First Equity Property Management to friends looking for luxury rentals any day, they are great landlords and responsible property

This company saved our behinds! I represent a condo project of over 200 units. We transitioned to First Equity from a truly neglectful management company. Within 3 months they corrected 2 years of messed up financials, got us all cleaned up and modernized with our documents. There are other managers there, we work with Vincent. 5 stars is the limit on here. I feel they deserve 6 stars.

Fantastic Company! They have experienced managers and agents who will get the job done! Good for apartments, condos, and HOAs, large and small alike. These people have lots of experience and connections with local vendors and contractors and keep on top of their work. Would definitely recommend!
