At Manchester Court, we provide both quality of life and hospitality! Our mission is to provide your family member with the highest level of care, compassion, and sense of community. Therefore, Manchester Court is focused on creating a balance of independence and personal safety for all our residents.
Caring for individuals with memory loss requires more than just love, it requires professional training and can't be done alone. With techniques like validation therapy and person-centered care, our team of caregivers can better communicate with those experiencing memory loss. Memory care staff have received training in Alzheimer's and other memory impairment disorders.
We designed our Reflections program around the belief that everyone has the right and the capacity to live and love while discovering enjoyment in each day - regardless of abilities that have been lost to dementia. We use this information to develop an individualized plan for each resident. This plan addresses the personal care needs, social activities and life skills experiences best suited to create a quality day for each resident.
At Manchester Court, caregivers are more focused on the resident than a task list. This doesn't mean that task lists are not important. We believe that the residents in our care deserve the very best. We also believe that growing older doesn't mean you have to sacrifice choices in the aspects of everyday life.

Manchester Court was there for me at one of the most difficult times in my life. I felt inadequately equipped and alone in my search to find memory care for my mom. When I found Manchester Court and the team worked to onboard my mom, her life was saved and my peace was restored. Without any support, I was unable to provide the level of care my mom needed. The staff has taken care of my mother and I sincerely appreciate them all.

We have dealt with thousands of establishments but this establishment has absolutely been the worst to deal with. If you are reading this be very careful dealing with this establishment. We will be contacting the better business bureau and our lawyer soon if they do not fix the mistake that they made on there end.

Terrible experience dealing with Manchester Court Assistant living. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company. Debbie Brown who is currently the director, does not answer calls or emails. She owes our company $350 and refuses to pay. Never experienced a place like Manchester Court Assistant Living before. If we do not get paid the $350 that is owed we will be pursuing legal action and we will let more people know about this place. It is a terrible place to do business with. If you are reading this, you have been warned. Do not and I repeat do not do business with MANCHESTER

Entire staff is Exceptional! All are caring, loving, and professional. Staff is consistently responsive to all my questions or concerns. Activities Director gives 110%. My loved one is Excelling in this environment. I now have Peace of Mind knowing my loved one is in good hands 24/7. I am very pleased to be involved with the Manchester Court Family.

For anyone in search of assisted living and care for an aging parent or loved one it is not easy. I searched and searched then finally I learned about Manchester Court. My mom doesn’t interact much, and has been in her bed for years. Since she has been at this facility she is looking healthier, smiling, and engaging with others. The staff is amazing, and you can tell they truly care and love what they do. I can rest easy knowing that my mother is safe, comfortable, happy, and loved.

Better than Expected! We move my 85 year old mother into Bristol Village after an extensive search of assisted living facilities in the greater Atlanta area. The facility is always clean and welcoming. Family members are respected and residents can move freely about the facility which is safe and secure. I even had occasion to go into the kitchen a few times and every time is was immaculate. I even commented on it to the staff who never made me feel like I was interfering or imposing.
