Make this place your last resort the saying you get what you pay for certainly applies here while most assisted living facilities are anywhere from three to four thousand dollars this place is little over two thousand it's visible from the disgusting carpet in the marketing directors office to the dirty carpet in the residence rooms my mom almost died in there soaked in urine one time of many yes I complained to the director he blamed it on her barely alive I had to call 911 myself when staff members said she didn't need to go to the hospital most weekends there are only 2 aides and kitchen staff

My father has memory care needs and he was in an assisted living ‘facility’ that made promises they were unable to deliver and did NOT suit our needs. My search ended with Brookside at Stone Mountain. Bianca Paul’s follow-up and TLC was impeccable. She stayed in communication with us and was on top of every detail. I am so grateful Bianca assisted us with our seem less transition to my Father’s new assisted living ‘home’, in less than a WEEK! We could not be happier with Dad’s placement. In addition, everyone has been very genuine, kind, caring and helpful. The atmosphere is wonderful

Brookside was great for my dad. They kelp his room clean. And the whole facility-was pretty clean. The staff was great with him even when he was being difficult sometimes. The food was good and they had a lot of things to keep the residents engaged. And the visiting was no problem I went at all times of days.

Since this community has completely changed Ownership/ management in Mid-November, many of the conditional issues previously present have been resolved due to building Refurbishment (Whole new Look, Whole New Staff)
Also, Of all competitors, this community offers the best bang for my buck by being negotiable on price AND offering all inclusive rates. No level of care nonsense! I Have placed several loved ones in this community and will continue to do so as it is in my opinion the Best option.

My mom was placed in this community in February. Between the changes in ownership, and new standards of care for my mom, this community has proved itself to be a blessing.
I trust the staff with being responsible for my mom's care while i'm at work or out and about.I enjoy associating at the community events and family dinners. We cant wait to see what else this community has in store for our family.

Resident care is very poor employ/ management sucks and show no care to residents, so unorganized short of staff promise family things there going to do for the love ones and never do they take in resident that they can't care for its all about the money no care never seen a senior living solution as bad as this place
