In addition to scheduling appointments, I help with marketing efforts, from coordinating office events to handling our social media and informing the community about the services we provide. I do everything I can to create a fun and exciting orthodontic journey for our patients. Excellent! Dr. Williams and his staff are so kind & helpful. My son needed braces at age 7. I was nervous at first because he was so young, but Dr. Williams (and his staff) are SO wonderful. They continually went out of their way to make my son feel comfortable, they explained each process and each appointment to him, and they always greeted us with a smile. Dr. Williams was able to work his magic so quickly that my son got his braces off after only a few months, and has now been in a retainer for a year with no movement or concerns.
