My mortgage specialist (Aileen Brida) was beyond awesome. She identified what I needed to do at our first contact. During the a second contact we set a goal of when I wanted to close (it was a tight timeline). Throughout the entire process, she was direct, knowledgeable, prompt, and supportive. Since it's not every day you need to shop for a mortgage when my husband and I were home buying we gladly accepted a recommendation.

Worst experience of my life!!!! If it would let me give them zero stars, that is definitely what I would put! I have been through one previous home purchase and a re-finance, which were a breeze compared to Norcom! First, I thought I was working with All Points Mortgage LLC, then at some point, stuff was being forwarded to Norcom. I was very efficient with supplying documents. My broker received whatever he needed within minutes or hours of his requests. IDK if he was trying to spare my feelings when he informed me I needed a co-signer, but he could have told me A LOT sooner, so I could have gotten

Not very helpful and avoids contact if they have to do a little bit of work for your lender approval. After a few phone calls and multiple hard inquiries on my credit the rep that was helpful at first but had to call me back due to technical issues came up with an excuse of a mortgage emergency the following day and would call me back. I called after 3 days of not hearing anything to be forwarded to voicemail and not called back.

They worked with us through both of our transactions (a C/O refinance of an investment & the purchase of a new primary residence) and in all cases, they were clear, responsive, and once they had the docs for the first transaction they leveraged that for the second, saving a ton of time. Fantastic team.

Very terrible client servicing for a client facing company. Every request made by me and my team had to be requested multiple times. There were many delays on their part and they bothered little to keep my team in the loop on what the delays were and what they were doing to correct them. They delayed my appraisal 3x, my closing 3x because they waited until the week of to try and put everything together before realizing they missed something. I would seek mortgage coverage from a company who cares about their clients. Norcom doesn't.

Do not under any circumstances ever work with this company. I got paired with Robert and it was the worst experience I've ever had doing anything. Unresponsive, verbalized his disdain for realtors so he wouldn't communicate with mine at all and had the worst assistant in the history of companies. They lied to me at the start telling me that my wife's credit score would be sufficient and with no warning at all dropped her off the loan mid way and made it only for me only to tell me later that her credit score WAS sufficient when they claim I made a phone call I shouldn't have made. As first time home buyers we were very unsure what we were doing. We started with a mortgage company that we didn't love and ended up switching over with Norcom and the process was as painless as could be. Ray was a dream to work with. He always kept us up to date with what was going on and called just to check in and make sure we were comfortable and knew what was going on. We could not have asked for a better person to work with.

My agent was Mary and also assisting was Lyndsay. They walked me patiently through every step, told me exactly what they needed for mortgage approval and I got it to them quickly.
They were so efficient, in fact, that we were able to close one week early, four weeks to the day after the first viewing.
I feel very fortunate that they were part of my team and I highly recommend them.
BTW, it is three months later and I am loving being in my own home.
