I posted a 1 star review a year ago. I had forgotten about my 1 star rating. ATT, I gave ALL my info. In person to the people at the front desk. Numerous calls from me resulted in "no therapy". I guess they just didn't have it together.
I recently, OTOH called. I was IMMEDIATELY scheduled. I am DELIGHTED i gave them a 2nd try.
WHAT A TEAM! From the front desk to the occupational assistants to the OT AND PT THERAPISTS I am improving on every issue I had.
The remarkably delightful group of course has an affect on my mood too. The clients being treated with such great care are all smiles.

When I walk in I am greeted like family. When I leave I feel stronger, healthier and more sure of my recovery.
The medical team is thorough with my treatment, never rushed. They have been patient and understanding with all of my questions. I was so relieved to find additional health services here, even help with physical fitness!

I came to their office after a very bad experience with other PT services in Bayonne and never looked back. Only good words to say about the entire staff! Special THANK YOU to Leonardo and Ash for putting me back together after my ACL surgery. Also occupational therapy team is doing an excellent job with improving skills of my toddler girl. Everyone is always welcoming and friendly there. I wish I had a chance to come more often and use other services.

The staff, ancillary workers, and therapists are exceptional in their cordiality to their clients. I have just started my therapy but having been in therapy for most of my life, at one time or another, I find the professionalism, caring, and the knowledge level is way above average. Everyone makes you feel their personal investment in their desire to help you get better. I can only say thank you and I am grateful to be getting physical therapy in thIs well cleaned facility. Even on a very busy day, when they were very short staffed, every effort was made to accommodate all clients needs. Ellen

When I walk into the wellness center, I am greeted with soothing, inspirational music and wonderful smiles. Dr. Hanna and his staff is very knowledgeable on the best treatment for me. I have been having pain and a lot of tension because I clench my teeth. I started doing acupuncture. In three weeks, I have clench my teeth less. I have no more pain!! Thank you Dr.Hannah for setting up a wellness center in Bayonne that can take care all of my needs.

I was referred to Rapha Wellness by a friend. I was seeking treatment for my teenage son who was suffering from lower back pain. I myself at once visited another rehab center and made my son an appointment however he was never satisfied. He felt they took too long and well you know teen boys don't have much time these days to spend an afternoon, and/or an evening getting better. My family and I go there for physical therapy and occupational therapy for my son. The therapists are very experienced , professional and patient. The front desk staff are lovely and very professional . The place is so clean and refreshing. We’re having a great experience with Rapha wellness center.
