Omg! After waiting for 20 min the Hispanic blond was just chatting and didn't even greet us. I could totally tell she was done with the customer and just talking about personal stuff. I ended up leaving because she showed no interest in her customers and tired of waiting. I mean whatever there's hundreds of tax business out there!
