High Intensity Interval Training or H.I.I.T. is the cutting edge of exercise science. Combining both strength training and high intensity intervals has shown to achieve higher amounts of calories burned in a shorter amount of time when compared to traditional training methods. More calories burned means more fat melting away!

Services
Jeff received a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition and Exercise Science from the University of Cincinnati. He is a W.I.T.S. Certified Personal Trainer. He was certified through The Ohio State University, and completed his internship with the Head of Personal Training at The Ohio State RPAC. In addition he has obtained a certification in Senior Health and Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid.
