My husband and I were driving our newly purchased classic car home from Austin to New Braunfels when we had an frightening incident with the car. My husband managed to veer the car to the tiny shoulder of I-35. We called several towing companies to help (none would come) except for Interstate Towing and Rescue of Kyle. I use my car for work and I needed it towed asap when it broke down in my driveway. When I called, my phone call was answered immediately and I was given a fair rate and an eta of when the driver would be there. The driver was professional and showed up to pick up my jeep earlier than expected . After it was dropped off at the dealership he sent me a text and description of where it was left.b Best service from a towing company that I’ve ever had.

Y'all!!!!! Dang it! Having your car towed usually means many bummer days to come... BUT, if it were with these guys I would actually be kind of stoked because I would get to meet Sandy and/ or Tom again!!!!
Seriously, if only there were more Sandy's and Tom's in the world, we would be in a much happier place.
When was the last time someone ( in this line of work especially) went above and beyond and even stayed after hours to compassionately accommodate you??? And they take care of your car just as well!

Broke down in San Marcos and most of the nearby towing services had negative reviews. Based on google reviews I contacted interstate towing a few miles up the highway in Kyle instead. They towed my car to a nearby mechanic. Sandy was super professional and courteous in coordinating the service for me. Quickly sent the receipt I needed for insurance reimbursement. Edward towed the car quickly and easily, no issues. I recommend them!

When I got sandwiched on the highway and I couldn't move my vehicle, I quickly called Interstate Towing. Not only were they there super quickly, they contacted the local PD and were so calming and talked me through how to be safe when there was no shoulder to pull into. Then the next day, then I was cleaning out my vehicle for the body shop, they were gentle, caring, and gave me great tips. I'm very grateful to their quick help! The offices are to the right of the yard.

We had to abandon our vehicle in the Feb '21 snow fiasco in a remote location on a rural road. Being from out of town all we could do was look up a local two service and picked Interstate based on best Google reviews. I left the key with Interstate and told them where the car was the best I could and they went out, risking life and limb and recovered the car for us quickly. Very pleased with the outcome of a very precarious situation. Excellent work by a very trustworthy team.
