Today was my first time here getting my nails done here today, I must say this was an amazing experience!!! MIA, has outdone herself with this one… I absolutely love love love my nails!!! I loved this place they do great nails and great customer service, but this last time I went the lady doing my toes was digging on the side and it hurt I thought I had an ingrown nail . I didn’t.. I got home and both of my big toes started to sting .. I thought we’ll maybe because she cleaned the sides and what not we yesterday I woke up and my toe looks swollen red and it hurts when I put pressure on it .. I am hoping I didn’t get some sort of bacteria.. not sure if I’ll be going back ..

Best salon ever. Tracy is amazing!!! Went yo several other salons before this one and wasted time and money. Need someone to get my ingrown toenails, is particular about making everything perfect! I’ve been coming to Element since it opened up and not once have I been disappointed. I would always speak highly of this salon and would recommend it to everyone I knew. Today, however, I am extremely disappointed. I had been growing out my natural nail for a while and decided to get an acrylic overlay with gel polish. I specifically told the tech I wanted to keep the length I had and for her to try her best to keep them that way. As you can tell by my pictures she completely disregarded my instructions. On top of that I have a bunch of acrylic residue all over my hands. She was not careful

Wanted to find a good nail place nearby and saw that this one had good reviews so my daughter and I decided to give it a try. The salon was clean and modern looking and they offered a variety of services from nails, waxing, eyelashes, etc. I ended up getting a gel pedicure (which I had no complaints about), however my daughter had a gel manicure that turned out pretty messy. I gotta say for what I paid for her manicure I expected better. But due to lack of time I wasn't able to have them fix it.
