Very friendly and expediant services. I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years and the nails I've had done here are by far the best, very natural looking.

Made an appointment to have a mani and pedi b4 my vacation. Had my visit scheduled almost 2 weeks b4 but was called the day b4 my appointment telling me my visit was canceled because they would be busy. I initially set my visit up via their website. A message was sent to the owner to confirm and I received their confirmation 2 days later. I feel this placve displays very unprofessional business ethics. Not sure if i was unceremoniously discarded bc of my gender or what but I have read other reviews that put this business down so I'm certain I'm not alone is my grievances with this business.

I should of never came back the first time they did bad all my stones were falling off by the second day but I decided to give them another try 3 hours to do my basic nails i waited 20 min I'm my pedicure water until it was cold I'm overall unhappy totally overpriced for the bad customer service and long waits after I already made an appt so I wouldn't recommend coming here unless u have no other choice

Johnny & Susan are the best. This time I put them to the challenge. I almost always get powder acrylics & was going to settle on getting gel, showed them a picture of what I wanted & he did it! He did an amazing job with the powder acrylic. I am very happy & will continue to go there.

I've been coming here since 2009! My nails look fantastic, just the way I like it. They always remember me and how I like my nails. The pedicure is heaven.
I went to a different salon close by and they left someone else's toenail in the sponge and cut my foot! They didn't even discount my service. I only trust Diva

Hands-down the best nail salon in Avondale. I got my nails done two weeks ago, today, and they still look amazing! I’ve always had trouble with lifting, but not with this set, I got the powder dip. I really recommend going here!

We enjoyed our visit to Diva Nails & Spa #1. We had to make appointments due to COVID; it was really easy to do through their website. Susan did my pedicure and my sisters manicure. She was very friendly and created my sisters nails exactly how she wanted them. Johnny did my gel manicure and my other sisters acrylic nails. We love them! The pricing was fair and the customer service was great. Thank you both. We will return!

There is this one detail that I do hope Johnny calls me back on. He accidentally charged me twice on my debit card so i hope he gives me a call back.

First time I tried Diva Nails, Johnny was who I made my appointment with and I was very impressed! He's very meticulous, talented, creative and professional. He has gained a new customer! I will continue to use him.

My personal outlook is okay i was hopeful that i found my nail shop however during my last visit the owner asked me to give her business a 5 star review, I didn't mind her asking but i didn't receive a 5 star service. I waited 2.5 hours for a mani pedi.
Customers that came in after me were serviced immediately. I was patient and understanding of the high frequency of people coming and going. I was moved several times being shuffled from Tech to tech

-update- I forgot how wonderful these guys are, they remember you and treat you really well. I brought one of my best friends here because she is getting Married and I said the ONLY guy in town that's gonna do the absolute best on your nails is Johnny. He does AMAZING work. Susan is the sweetest too. I am sad I stopped coming here because of one bad nail tech that's long gone now. But will be back more often for sure!!!

It had been almost a year since I got a Mani pedi! Went in wanting powder manicure and got offered a ombre nail? They showed mi a picture and I loved them. They turned out awesome!!! Definitely worth the extra . Pedi was prefect as well!

Johnny is the best ! He's the only one I'll go to for my powder manicure. The staff is very friendly and always remembers me and my family.

I chose those place randomly and so glad I did! I love there VIP card service. My nails were done the way I wanted and I got what I paid for. I'm now here for my second time. I definitely recommend.

I love coming here, even though I wasn't assigned to my regular tech, the lady i had today was just as awesome.

I came in as a walk-in on a Saturday at noon and the service was great. The whole team worked together to accommodating my needs and wants . My nail technician Johnny was very helpful with giving me exactly what I asked for . Definitely coming back .

PLEASE READ FIRST: FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE!!

I made an appointment for 9am this morning and they were 15 minutes late. Johnny who was my person arrived and went in the back without checking the books or acknowledging the other clients waiting nor myself. They made sure to let us know that they overslept and that's why they were late.

There were a million gnats and flies in this nail salon and I was hitting at them the entire time. You could tell that they hadn't cleaned up the night prior and I should have left at that point but wanted to give them another try.

Susan does amazing work!! My eyebrows have never looked better!! And my nails...wow! Everyone at Diva's does great work! I drive past at least 10 other nail shops to get to Diva's!! Great work every time!!

First time customer at this place. Little back story - I travel ALOT for work and have to find a new nail salon every 3 months and it's a pain. I live about 2 hours north of Phoenix and was in town for a class this weekend, we got out early so I decided to stop in and get my nails done since I was close to where the class was. Initially leery of the poor reviews, I noticed most of them had to do with miscommunication about prices. I found the communication was actually good, before I had to ask, and before he started - Johnny, told me exactly how much my nails and the design I wanted was

This was by far the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. So, my cousin had a gift card with a balance of $36 to the nail salon so we had decided to go there with her, also knowing that there is 20% off for ALL new customers. We also called ahead of time to make sure that this deal was still continuing. John had answered and said yes that we would receive the 20% off.
We go in the next day and they seat two of us but my cousin waits about 30 min.
I ask for the basic $20 pedicure and it was pretty amateur, he scrubbed my feet for about 30 seconds and the "hot" towel was cold
