Brenda Pratt is not a woman you want to do bussiness with. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with her seven years ago that ended up in a peaceful resolution but she continually leaves negative comments on social media about our family's restaurant. She says she promises a mansion but what we got was a rundown, septic problem filled property that had methane gas and was unlivable. After more than 12 years Brenda ended our contract with mansion minders. We complied with every request with moving out. But they refused to return our deposit in the amount of $1590. Mansion Minders still owes us $1590. They will not pay what they owe. They refuse to give us an accounting. At one point they said we did not give them 30 days at another point she says we broke the contract when she is the one who terminated it. She'll say "but there is no deposit it's really a performance fee. The thing is the words performance fee do not appear in her contract. She is just a bold

Living in our 8th beautiful mansion with Mansion Minders! We have enjoyed the experience and hope to keep going until we retire to the beach one day! Brenda and her staff have been tireless in finding us new homes as the ones we've lived in have sold. At each step of the journey, we have been informed of what happens next. I enjoy redecorating/repurposing furniture at each new place. We have experienced nothing but professionalism and great service at every move.

BEWARE! She says anything it takes to draw you in. The concept is great, the house was fantastic. I lived near several friends I have known for years. The weakest part of the program is the owner. She has no integrity and talks down to people as if she thinks she is better, when actually her morals and principals are not ethical. She does not follow her contract, unless it is to benefit her and she is not honest about anything, so get everything in writing!
