Ordered my exhaust from them and it came (surprisingly) quick from another motosports store. What I didn’t like is that I never received a tracking or shipment notification from them and they do not reply to emails. I had sent them a couple emails regarding some inquiries/ questions about the exhaust but never heard back.

Doing business with Victory Only feels more like hanging out with that knowledgable bike guy down the street. Not only are these guys quick to answer your questions, they give full details and even alternative suggestions. Unlike other Victory parts stores, the allow you to return your products, no hassle! Their shipping is fast, and their refunds are, too. On top of all that, they are usually a lot less than the other sites! I always go to Victory Only before looking elsewhere, they are the ultimate in customer service :).

Parts seem to be good quality, and good fit. Be aware that parts may not be in stock when you order (not indicated on the web site when you order), and the communication from victory only is poor at best. No emails, no phone calls, no updates....! I was patient at first, and they were nice when I called them. But there was zero follow up on their end. After four months I finally gave up and did finally get a full refund on the back ordered parts, but that even took 3 phone calls to get resolved. I would rate lower, but as I said the parts were of good quality.

Poor customer care!!! They sent out the incorrect part. I fought with them for 2 days before they sent out the correct part. If for some reason, you get sent the wrong part they will hold your part hostage until you send back their mistake. "Per" their policy!!! Then they wouldn't send my part until I removed any negative feedback I left. I proceeded to from all sites other than Ebay. I wanted to make sure people buying from them know how bad the customer service really is. I even told them that when they emailed me outside of ebay, which is a violation.
