I have now purchased two motorcycles here in the last five years. Derek met me at the door asking if he could help me. I knew what I wanted to look at because I had been looking for a Yamaha Tracer on cycle trader and when I saw they had a used one I went to Knoxville to see it. Derek took my information and handed me over to Lane who is the finance manager. The whole process was the smoothest I have ever had at any kind of dealership and these guys are great to work with. "

I’m an out of state buyer from Georgia and Travis was fantastic to work with start to finish!
He received my call Tuesday 12/7/21, and informed me that the specific model/color I was looking for was sold out everywhere. BUT, they literally have that exact model/color a customer ordered back in June that arrived over 3 weeks ago that they had not yet come in to finalize the deal on.
Its normal for a dealership to only honor deposits for 2 weeks max, so props to these guys for waiting as long as they did. After all, they’re in the business of selling not storing right?

Buying this Indian Roadmaster was a very pleasant experience. We were only looking but found the bike that was a fit for us. Derek was very helpful in showing us the bike without feeling pressured in any way. The team at the dealership was also helpful. This is my 3rd purchase from Derek but the first Triumph purchase. Derek never fails to deliver top notch customer service. His knowledge of the 2022 Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster I purchased was impressive and I could not be more pleased. Derek was short on time as I was picking up my bike 25 minutes before the store closed. He assisted me in securing my bike in the trailer and made the very best of a highly stressful day for me.
