Had a great experience finding, securing and picking up this CRF 50 for my son. Jake (not from state farm) was most helpful and hooked me up with this bike. There was minimal paperwork actually only 2 pages and everyone there was most helpful and nice. I will be checking back here for our next bike after he outgrows the 50. Thanks y'all

My first time going to this dealership was in 2017. I was a new home owner and I wanted a NEW motorcycle. The lady who worked there at the time asked me some questions and got to know me a little while showing me some models. I was torn between the XT250 and the TW200. Both Yamaha brand.
I went for the XT250 and rode it happily for a couple of years. Then, I took that same bike to an off road rally in Royal Blue and was impressed by the Yamaha Side by Side (Rhino) I got to ride along in. That very week

After missing two delivery dates and waiting longer than expected I canceled the deal on a new motorcycle I was waiting for. They told me even after multiple attempts to meet delivery, I would not get my down payment back. So I the customer had to eat the $400 down payment because of their delivery issues with Honda. Flat out was told it was out of their hands. It was ordered and scheduled to deliver before I put anything down. I would agree if they kept their end of the non documented so called deal but after being let down with the deliveries. Sketchy to say the least. It was already ordered

What an absolute joke of a dealership. Came in with all my paperwork approved for the bike but got there 10 minutes to late and was told there's nothing they can do that I'll have to drive 2 hours back the next day. Man I work and can't get there before 5 how am I supposed to buy something if they close early when I'm scheduled to pick up a bike.

I purchased a new Yamaha UTV in 2020 and use it around the farm. I purchased additional accessories like sound bar and winch. I used the winch 3 times within a year and it quit working. Of course it was just outside of factory warranty, but if you are considering a purchase do not get a winch. It will not pull anything of weight due to the size of the UTV. You don't think of these things when in the buying process, but wanted to save someone the cost and hassle.

Purchased a sound bar for my husbands utv and he had issues with the battery life ever since. We took it to a couple local repair shops before finally taking it to Yamaha of Knoxville. They informed us it was the sound bar draining the battery and it was a faulty bar. They did little to help us remedy this issue and said nothing they could do. Who admits it is a faulty bar/installation issue and then doesnt want to fix their mistake. Please save your time and money go to a different store.

These guys never fail to impress.
Got a minor service issue with my ‘18 GoldWing that I purchased new from them last June and of course it didn’t act up when I took her in, but Ian gave her a triage and cleaned some connectors which are probably the issue anyway and got me on my way.
Kudos to the folks there, now I can sit and relax and stare at her when I’m not riding!
