1 star for the pools and view. Main property manager is not competent and seems actually crazy. Buildings are old and always under construction, nothing luxury about them - see below photo. This is what happens when it rains a lot. Not uncommon for packages to disappear by mailboxes.
Beware building B - construction and regular plumbing issues and building-wide water shut offs. Bayfront apts not worth the money if you don’t have water and sewage is coming up.

Nirvana on first review is beautiful. Lovely trees, it feels like it is nestled in a secret part of Miami with a beautiful overlook of the water. That's about where Nirvanas appeal stops. The 2 stars are for the amenities that Nirvana offers (like others have mentioned in other reviews), the pool, the gym, and the grounds keepers who work hard day in and day out to tend to the grounds outside.
Other than that I would not recommend anyone moving or renting here. The management office is unaccountable, they are not direct, and every decision they make has a direct consequence on livability in your

Apartments building with apartments of various sizes. Some apartments have been renovated others are being. Very well located in the Uper East Side area and on the Biscayne Bay. With parking, beautiful swimming pool and security 24h / 7days.
Very quiet and calm condominium. Very beautiful garden, very green with old trees, with relaxing areas. With benches on the water where you can spend a good time with those who live there. ☺️Who visits who lives there, leaves differently😃( the real name indicates Nirvana). Price of lease within the average for the area.

The security at this condominium is horrendous. They threaten to tow a car if parked for 1 minutes. Brand new parking lot available and they still will not let visitors park there for any period of time. I have been threatened by the main security guard at the pool multiple times. They just do not care for visitors, my mother lives here and no one from the family ever wants to visit her because of the security guard issues.

Parking situation seems to always be a nightmare here, and the security at the gate are so rude! There's always someone different working the gate and they are always rude, or sometimes they care so little about their job they'll let people in without even checking ID or calling and give them a parking pass anyway. Or they will call once and say they didn't answer and "they have other people to deal with" so leave or come back later!
