I am so grateful for Western Mobile Glass. After having my rear window punched out and my vehicle burglarized, I called the professionals at Western Mobile Glass and they were caring, kind, knowledgable, and helped me replace my window with less than a 48 hour turn-around. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and they worked with my insurance to minimize the cost. Technician Mike worked with my schedule to come to my business and make the repairs, minimizing stress for me. 1000/10. HIGHLY reccomend this incredible local business.

Extremely rude! I spoke to a lady on the morning of 8/18/21. I mentioned I needed a window today and she stated it wouldn't be here until Monday so I said "okay unfortunately I need it today but thank you" and she began to mock me soon after saying "unfortunately you can't get it anywhere today and unfortunately there's a glass shortage & unfortunately -" that's when I cut her off because I was shocked and said "there's no reason to be rude."

Heard about this place on the radio and called them that same day. They told me I could come right in. As i arrived there were two other cars being worked on. Someone started working on my front shield while my kids and I waited inside my car. It took less than 30 min and we were on our way. Friendly staff and fair prices.

Received amazing service here from the moment that I called for a quote/appointment to the moment I drove off with a repaired window. Safelite quoted me 400$ to replace a driver side window on my Ford Explorer which I thought was ridiculous, so I called Western and they had me set up with an appointment less than 24 hours later. Took less than an hour to repair it, only cost me 180$ and they were so friendly along the way. Especially Diane. Will return if I ever need mobile glass repair again.

Wow! I can’t express how pleased I am with their service! They were able to get me in next day, only took about 30-45 minutes for the repair, they did a fantastic job, and on top of the job they did, they went above and beyond and vacuumed my car out to clean out any glass, I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Definitely one of the best places in Fresno to go for any of your auto glass needs. The receptionist Diane is very generous and makes you feel at home whenever you're in the waiting and Billie made my windowless station wagon look brand spanking new. Will be coming back for any of my glass repairs.

Western Mobile Glass did an awesome job on my tint. Terry was such a nice guy. I would definitely recommend this place for all of your glass needs. He has helped a lot of my own family members with their vehicles and we all agree that this is our go to place in town for our auto glass needs.

Never used them before but I never will. There is no need to drive 90+mph and tailgate cars as close as 6 ft. I don't care how fast your service is. You can drive as fast as you want in your own personal car but in a company vehicle, it just makes the whole business look bad. Who know what other laws this company breaks when they can even follow the simple ones

I found this mobile glass repair after I had a crack in my front windshield after an accident. I called before hand and received a quote which was pretty reasonable so I came in. Once I got there, I was told that I had to schedule an appointment which they didn't tell me over the phone. My appointment was scheduled for 3 hours later the same day. Once my car was in for repair, I waited in the front office since there is no waiting room. Reception was very rude and acted as if I didn't exist. They didn't even assist me when it was time to pay for my windshield. They were to busy gossiping

Went in to fix a tiny crack caused by a flying pebble/rock on the freeway. After technician did his patch work, it still looks the same.

Top notch all the way. Diana was awesome on the phone, got me in same day with factory window and crushed the dealership quote. Technicians were friendly, helpful and did a phenomenal job. You can't find a better place for auto glass!!!

I did my research as I am new to the fresno area. I'm very picky on who does work on my truck and Western Mobile Glass was who I finally went with. Down to earth, trustworthy and knowledgeable owner. I couldn't ask for a smoother process. The install took about 45 minutes. Than about 5-10 minutes of me picking his brain around OEM glass for my 2006 Tacoma. You don't have to worry about low quality work or integrity at this place. You won't be disappointed.

Western mobile glass is a model of what a business should be. I went in with an issue and they took care of it simple as that. Very professional, courteous, and efficient. I got my car back the same day. I even had enough money left in the budget to get my windows tinted. Western mobile glass will be my first call in the future if I need any work on my cars glass or tint.

Excellent work by Western Mobile Glass. They came out to where I work, which is a bonus because I don't have to take extra time out of my already busy day. Their tech Travis came out and banged it out in about a hour. Minus the blue tape, everything looks factory and clean. Great work.
